I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The service was terrible – the staff were neither friendly nor helpful. There was no parking area, which made everything very inconvenient. The room was extremely dirty, and the toilet was in awful condition. It seemed like nothing had been properly cleaned for a long time. There was a bad smell, and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there at all. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s far from what you would expect for the price.

Worst Property, There’s no elevator and had to bring suitcases from stairs and room was on 3rd floor plus there’s jot a single person available to look and resolve queiries, Auto checkin and auto checkout thats it 😐 Room size was good bit bed was very soft and bad which hurts my back. Also wasroom was very smelly 😒

Nice location, good room. Pretty pricey for what you get but I guess that’s just Copenhagen… you could do much worse

Can’t believe a place like this can exist in a city like Copenhagen 2025. I’m talking about the digital reception. Extremely complicated and even if we followed directions stuff didn’t work. Called support and they couldn’t even find my booing. Shared toilet stunk. No socket for bad lamps on both sides of the bed. Tv and internet is not working. Simply a joke the whole thing.

Super cute place, wish there was an elevator but it’s close by everything and very private. My room had a sink in the shower area but other than that was super nice. Great view from the top floor as well!

Great bed! Good silent night. Showering makes the entire bathroom wet, which is a little impractical.

Big Room but the noise from the street was so bad it was impossible to sleep early morning. The bathroom had issues with rhe drain which made the room smell really bad. Expensive for what it is. Felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Disappointed for the price of the room.

Extremely high and crooked footsteps in the hallway, and mold in the bathroom. No glasses for water, and we couldn't get the refrigerator to work. Otherwise, fine location, seemed clean and nice beds.

Worst hotel in Copenhagen.. could not get a react of the hotel, dirty room with food left in it, super load, and noisy, maybe the worst hotel I never stayed in, and I travel a lot. Would never recommend staying here - if you try to cancel or just simply get a physical room card, no help and no crew will respond. Had to book a new hotel room same night. Please stay away from this place, and book a different place. It is NOT anywhere near a Copenhagen standard of a hotel. Hotels.com tried to contact them twice and no reply from the hotel.

No toilet paper in my room. Had issues with key card so I couldn’t get in at 2 am in the morning. And you guys didn’t answer the phone when I rang!

Terzo piano senza ascensore. Stanza confinante con le scale e rumorosa. Bagno privato senza box doccia. No clima. Tapparelle senza oscuranti funzionanti. Sottotetto in estate se non lasci aperto durante il giorno fa caldo. Ok costa meno di altri ma avrei speso volentieri qualcosa in più. Sconsiglio

Self check in impossible.. only thanks to another person who had had the same difficulties that we finally got in.. Appalling lack of service

No one at the front desk the entire stay (no employees at all seen in the 2 days), no elevator, 500DKK deposit withdrawn for no reason on top of the cost of the stay, doesnt look like the pictures at all,

What to expect: It’s a cheap place to stay, so go in with low expectations and you won’t be as disappointed as many of the reviews state. When we got there the digital app “Mews” didn’t work and we had to download another app which also didn’t work. After ringing the doorbell 6 times someone finally picked up and explained that the digital key card doesn’t work. We then had to be let in by another guest. After that we had to check in on an iPad and create our own physical keys which was pretty easy. No elevator which is common in Danish apartment buildings, which is what the building is! We got to our room which was nothing like the photos, but it was roomy and clean so that was a win! (We got the double room with a private bathroom) Shower was fine although the shower bar almost fell off the wall😂 There was no toilet paper so I had to go find some in the shared bathroom. Yes, very noisy street but that is common for Vesterbro. Hallway in the building was very loud, the doors close loudly, and the walls are thin. But! I will say for the price paid, it was ok. Nice TV, fridge and safe box and they cleaned our room on day 2, got us fresh towels too. A Hotels should update the check in information so guests don’t stand outside waiting for another guest to let them in! Hopefully this review helps make things less confusing. Would stay there again in a pinch now that we know how it works.
