Property was very clean and comfortable. A little dated and no dishwasher! It suited our purpose, a lovely big balcony! Wish it was small pet friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay and close to wvwrything shops restaurant and water.

Excellent location & clean & comfortable room.

The unit was quite small, especially with the couch in the middle of the room. No outlook, only over other buildings. There was no one there to greet you or to help you during your stay, everything was DIY. No information on unit or surrounding area.

The cistern in the toilet was running all the time and the shower head is mounted to high .

You get what you pay for with this room.....Except for the cockroaches. Pool was good, good parking and location. The room needs to be renovated, I didn't know shower curtains were still a thing?!.

Awful. Room had not been cleaned for quite some time. There was thick dust in top of the headboard. Dust inside the shelves to put clothes. Bathroom was filthy. There was still toothpaste spit on the tap. Someone else's hair. The floor behind front door you could see had not been cleaned with bits and dust. So disappointed with this room. With no one on reception more difficult to inform anyone. Spoilt my stay in Nelson Bay.

We had two rooms, one standard and the other a one bedroom flat. Both rooms are a bit run down and need work - rusty shower frame, missing tiles, broken loo roll fitting. However the rooms had everything one could wish for - lots of towels, fully equipped kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The location is excellent being central with access to shops and coffee shops at the lift door. The arrival/departure instructions were a bit scary but it was really very simple. We had a great two days.

Great location

Far too much trouble for older people to get code numbers etc... & after already having received my confirmation a couple of weeks prior to our stay I then got message to Register on line & get a code then had so much trouble doing this I had to phone the place 3 or 4 times & the 1st man was really upsetting me. They should be made to help people better that are not great at on line stuff. My husband is legally blind & got cranky & upset for me. We will never stay again, I have family up that way so when visiting we'll stay elsewhere.
