Breakfast was quite tasteless. Hardly any fruits. Croissants over dry.

Breakfast staff lovely. Food good but supply of plates, cutlery etc a bit haphazard. Not too much to complain about. Had an omelette station coffee hot.

The room was nice. Staff were friendly and the area is convenient for tourists. The only downside is the hotel restriction on bringing in outside food (bread, local sweets, etc.) and beverages (water, soda, etc.) of any kind. This is very strange and inconvenient for people who are just visiting the city.

This hotel needs a lot of improvements and refreshments, not clean, staff needs training, but the location is very convenient for people who want a hotel in the old town.

Friendly and professional staff. Decent sized room. Conveniently located for all the main sights of Constantine.

The Novotel hotel in Constantine is the best choice stop for your stay, clean, quite while in the center of the town, the stuff were very friendly and professional, the breakfast was excellent, however I wish they limit the amount of food someone can take until the person finishes his dish to avoid waste of food…., Best of luck I love it

Novotel in Constantine was generally very clean with very helpful staff. The one thing that bothered us the most is that the sink drains did not seem to employ a P-Trap and let sewer smells come in through the drain. The experience of using the sink (washing faces, brushing teeth etc..) was quite unpleasant.

overall all the property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. However the carpeting in the rooms was dubious . The carpeting wassoiled and stained with drinks.

AT RESTAURANT THE PERSON WHO WAS DIRECTING THE WAITRESS WAS RUDE AND STANDING NEAR TO US AND HE DIDNT STOPPING LOOKING AT US,LIKE TO NO EAT TWO MUCH THIS GUY IS NOT TALLER A SMALL GUY A RUDE PERSON

We had to continually ask for towels for the room. Hotel staff very pleasant to us as tourists but security staff were rude to our Algerian friends at times which was a shame

I stayed before at Novotel and appreciated it, but seems staff have changed, actual staff is terrible, not gentle at all and not welcoming. Restaurant have a "service" quality similar to cheap Barbecue Restaurants in ALgeria,

Good experience however for food you need to go to nearby Ibis restaurant for buffet
