Helpful and friendly staff, perfect location and great breakfast.

Hotel location is iconic plus lobby is more modern from my opinion room is more spacious

The staff was amazing. The only feedback was the room was not cleaned properly everyday. The room cleaning staff did not listen and with kids in the room hygiene was not taken care off. Rest the hotel and staff was great.

it was minor issues the bathroom has a sewer smell all the time heating wasn’t working properly but everything else was great

Good Location, Closer to the newer high end shopping districts. 25 Mins away from the old town and museums. Breakfast was very good. Wide selection of offerings.

Beuatiful rooms and had a fantastic view of Baku. Staff were very helpful.

Staff is amazing and really helpful and the room was really clean and the housekeeping staff was great. Only thing missing in the room is a safe besides that amazing property

A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it.

Fabulous stay all thanks to JEYRAN / hussayn Aslan ( bellboy) Elsever Made all difference to make our stay memorable and a holiday to remember. Thank-you for your care and attention to detail that was special and thoughtful.will surely recommend your property to all friends and family visiting Baku . The food was great .. the sightseeing trips was thoughtful and planned making it convenient with a small child.got upgraded to the seaview rooms which was a-treat .the onero italian rest a gastronomical feast . The hotel was centrally located making it convenient. So thank you JW Marriott .. will come again
