Exceptional value for money. Fantastic staff, great variety of food and drinks, good amenities and fab location. Was it perfect? No but at the price you’re paying it’s as close as it can be

Rooms daily well cleaned. Pool great for kids and pretty large. Lots of sunbeds to get tanned.

We have stayed here before and the staff, service and facilities were as good as ever. Great stay!

Professional and well mannered staffing in all departments

I was disappointed with the air conditioning. It was insufficient cooling for the persistent heat and humidity. It was hard to get to sleep and I woke every day in soaking sweaty sheets. It was the only let down in an otherwise amazing holiday.

I stayed here for just one night and couldn’t wait to leave. The so-called air conditioning is a joke - it only blew hot air, and I didn’t get any sleep until 5:30 a.m. It should not be advertised as air conditioning at all. The rest of the hotel is no better, with none of the common areas properly cooled. The bathroom was dirty, with hairs and fingerprints left in the shower and on the surfaces. Everything is old & worn out. The pool area is overcrowded and chaotic, with no available seating. Sunbeds are “reserved” with towels for hours while no one uses them, making it impossible to relax. Definitely not worth the money.

Big size hotel with plenty of activity and space. Nothing too much trouble and plenty of staff to cater for all needs.

Very nice hotel

If I am booking superior room which is renovated on the pics... I would like to receive it. As per room service my room was superior because I had fridge, kettle and mineral water.

It was ok for a short stay. Quite noisey and can be over crowded. Good value for money, good location. Breakfast included which was decent.

I was asleep and my fed broke during the night. I rolled off the bed and fell on the floor

Room 326 initially given was noisy being close to external ventilation machinery. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and offered us a quieter room and with a better view. Only downside is the hotel is dated, and the 2nd floor of block 3 smellt as if the drains were faulty. Overall a good hotel for the price.

I liked the pool and the sunbeds

Very pleasant stay, rooms were kept clean and tidy daily. Self service beer and wine taps were very convenient. Hotel was very busy and at times the food areas could be a little overwhelming. Would certainly return...

The stay was great, we were here for 5 days and could not fault it. Great room, friendly staff and the food and drinks were spot on. To add to that it’s in a great location. Would definitely come back.

Crowded hotel. Breakfast choice good. Cleaning service outstanding. Animation team very variable. Good value

Really liked the hotel. Room was cleaned every day and the staff were friendly. I wouldn’t stay again for two reasons. Firstly the pool was too cold and in my three week stay I went in there once as it was so uncomfortable and the other reason is the air con in the room was pathetic, you could leave it on all day and notice no difference.

Entirely satisfied with our stay at Servatur Waikiki. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very organised. The only thing I could say is that some of the communal areas could do with a bit of a make over but that did not affect our stay in any shale or form
