Horrible customer service and front desk

الموظفين ودودين النظافة غير جيده الغرف مغبره وتوجد حشرات فوط الحمام غير كامله. لاتوجد مناديل في الغرف موقع الفندق ممتاز والمنظار من الفندق على البحر خيالي

The rooms had an amazing view of the black sea, and it was pretty big. However, although they were non-smoking rooms, they had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The A/C was not activated yet and we had to leave the window open to cool down the room, and this allowed more cigarette smoke from outside smokers. The was only a half roll of toilet paper and one pillow per person. These items should come in twos. The desk person was fantastic and provided good tips for things to see in town.

Nice hotel at a very nice place, a lot of short time guests, breakfast was good, sometimes the air conditioning in the restaurant was switched off, but they activated it directly if we asked for it. Self service coffee machine was damaged half the time. But some of the stuff is really willing to help. No towel service at pool. The shadow of the building will cover the complete pool in the afternoon. But the view on the black see is really magical. The sea itself was partially clean, some plastics swam around, but it seems not be a responsibility of the hotel. And it was always a friendly fight with the room service for toilet paper and towels in the room. It could be a really magnetic place if cleaning and customer care would improve. I will surely return and check.

Furniture very old and worn-out need some upkeeing

The rooms ate very spacious and clean. The breakfast should have more options.

The location of the hotel is amazing not only in Ordu but in all of the north coast of Turkey’ Anemon should work more on decoration and furniture , to me it’s the best hotel in Ordu

Location and beach iew was the best. Also the rooms are large enough my number 1 choice for Ordu.

AC unit is not working properly. How many times we had to call the reception to get it fixed but nope! The staff is not professional at all. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. That’s it. Try another hotel pls

They need to learn customer service skills as they very agresive

It is a big hotel with no personal touch, but was clean, friendly staff and very well located close to nice restaurants and for a walk along the beach front.

Oda çok ferahtı. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Günstig und sehr bequem die Betten. Zimmer schön groß. Personal hilfreich bei Anfragen oder Problemen. Klimaanlage funktioniert, aber nicht so extrem wie in Side/Antalya aber angenehmen. Frühstück, sollte man nicht viel erwarten. Würde sonst eher draußen frühstücken.

Otelin konumu çok güzel, manzara harika, balkon olması ayrıcalık, yataklar çok rahat sayılmaz, kahvaltı güzel.
