Loved this hotel and friendliness of staff. Room was large and terrace was amazing overlooking the sea.

Very walkable location, adjacent to markets and dining. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. It was very pleasant to have the garden available for dining. Breakfast was not included, but that was a minor concern compared to the convenience and comfort of the hotel.

Nice hotel. I found it quiet and well cared for. The AC in our room struggled to keep it cool but if we kept all the doors closed and the shutters closed, it helped. Nice amenities in the room and the beds were comfortable. You can tell the hotel is a bit dated but still nice. Pricey for what it is but definitely good location.

We had an excellent stay. The staff were wonderful, and the garden was such a nice, quiet escape. The room was small but very cozy and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here next time we visit Biarritz.

We are definitely coming back to Biarritz, and we are dfinitely staying at the Silhouette Hotel. It is just perfect - walking distance to everything you need, clean, very attentive staff.

The lady at the front desk recommended a great place for dinner and got us food from the kitchen after it had closed!

Excellent location, we stayed here based on the parking. Went to the market opposite for breakfast everyday which was great. Downstairs in the hotel is beautiful, the rooms aren’t bad but not the same level of refurbishment, some quirks like not enough plug sockets so the coffee machine only works with the lights on. Not a bad room, just not the same soho house vibe as downstairs. Some pretty rude interactions with staff, being ignored at the bar for example, and the only person who offered to help with bags was the cleaner. Some helpful sorts there too. Would stay again if I couldn’t find anywhere else with parking in area

Lovely hotel situated in a great location with bars, restaurants and shops all around it or within a very short walk. The beaches are also a short walk. We loved it
