The location is easy to get food. But the cockroach is everywhere.

I’m staying here from 15/05/18 - 19/05/18. Had a great time staying here with my buddy. Their receptionist are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel on my future visit.

The price is not expensive, not far from Patong beach, clean room, but the room that absorbs odor in the bathroom doesn't work. The service is very good, convenient, safe. It is considered good. If it doesn't matter, the smell of the bathroom is not bad.

Location is great. Dragon market, Malin plaza, convenience stores, and shops are near, also walking distance to Patong beach. Front desk is very helpful and of pleasing personality.

Service is good. Room is very cheap for 4 people. The staff recommended that the trip and service were very good. Super friendly

Not suitable for finding hotels of Thai people.

+ Good location, easy to find some foods, near convenient store, near local market. + Value for money. + Room is quite big. - Air condition is not cool although lowest temperature.

It was a wonderful place! Trust me. It was like a place that u can eat everything because the hotel was next to a night market. Next to spa, 7 11.

The Golden House Hotel Patong has no notice. Did you have breakfast in the morning? Or even services Not the same as the Tai people Which foreigners Will have more privileges than Thai people Service is considered not as good as it should be. Overall, Thai and foreign service is very different. Foreigners have more rights than Thai people.

The receptionist is lovely, friendly, clean, quiet and comfortable.

I choose connecting rooms so enter the main door inside there are 2 rooms left and right. The room is spacious, only clean if the mattress moves when sleeping like it feels rocking really. The second day, room 1, the AC suddenly turned off. Already complained but not corrected. They only offer to move rooms. Because it is difficult to finally make one room to be crowded. the mattress was moved to a normal room. Luckily the room is spacious so it fits 2 double beds, there is an elevator to carry luggage, the strategic location next to the hotel is directly Malin Plaza is open until the evening, where to eat is also shopping. To go to Patong Beach is quite far if you walk. if you are busy taking a taxi, it will be at least 10-15 minutes. For the airport about 1 hour by car. Clean toilets, every day the rooms are cleaned, a hair dryer can be requested at the reception.

The bed sheets and towers are not clean, there are some cockroaches and bedbugs on room. That's why we checked out earlier and the room ruins our Phuket trip. Bad experience at the hotel.

Convenient location, only walking distance to Malin Plaza, beach, restaurants, malls, and hawkers. The room is quite large with inexpensive price, but please mind the cleanliness. Overall, the hotel is good!

The hotel room is rather dark, the ac is not cold, the mattress is also already old, close to the Malin Plaza which is a bit expensive compared to the many night markets. Walk to patong beach for 10 minutes. Go to Banzaan Night Market to Jungceylon Mall in 15 minutes, the wifi is fast. Cleanliness is OK

Do not change sheets and dirty blankets. There is a restaurant below the building. The smell of cooking up in the room.

The hotel is well-located just next to food market so it's easy to get meals, only 7 minutes walk to Simon Cabaret, 15 minutes from nearest beach.

Near food and convenience stores Not far from the beach. Cute staff Water in the bathroom is light. In the room there are insects in the refrigerator, there is a lot of soft mattress. Hot Pot Coffee & Tea
