Amazing staff, clean room and beautiful location.

Wifi was not working in the room, so was told that someone will come by to fix it. Half an hour later, we went to reception to inquire, but they knew nothing about it. Then stated that yhey will send someone but someone must stay in the room. 2.5 hours later, still nobody came by. Inquired again, and the staff had failed to let the manager (who was dealing with the same situation for another room) know. We had to wait even more. It was unacceptable that we waited most of the day in the room instead of enjoying the actual sun, and no apology issued. There is no spa or activity room/gym. Not sure how this is a 4/5 star. Lastly, I cut my foot on a tile that was sticking up from the floor in the room. The manager said sorry and 'what do you want me to do'. Poor customer service skills and offered no remedy.

Great beach property!

Great staff and amazing venue and location

Property is amazing. Had a great beach view room. Was nice to hear the waves break at night. Very well kept. A better choice of food options would be nice. Food was good but Kind of got tired of South Indian food every day. Staff is amazing. So helpful and courteous. Overall enjoyed our stay there.

Good place to stay on Bogmallo beach

Every was perfect. The place is a little paradise. The staff are very friendly, food amazing and right on the beach with other bars and restaurants. My partner celebrated his birthday here and the restaurant staff went out if their was to make it extra special. Room was spacious and our balcony looked right out onto the beach just perfect

The rooms are good but need sprucing. The views are immaculate, but our bed was sinking in the middle. I also found the shower had some dead insects. Have photos

Amazing Beach Views

We had a wonderful stay at Bogmallo Beach Resort. The location is absolutely perfect and right by the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel almost private and secluded. You step out and you’re right by the sea, with several lovely beach shacks around serving great food. It’s also conveniently close to Vasco, Panjim, and South Goa, so you really get the best of all worlds. The staff were outstanding; friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay special. They went out of their way to help with every little request. The breakfast spread was quite decent too. The only downside was that there was a wedding during our stay, and the party got a bit out of hand. loud music past midnight being rather inconsiderate. It would be great if the management enforced the 10 PM noise rule more strictly so that other guests aren’t disturbed. Barring that, everything else was fantastic. The setting, the hospitality, and the easy beach access make it a great choice for a relaxed Goan getaway.

Cyclone and rain i I did not get to the beach. The electricity went out twice. The night i arrived the wifi was down. I paid for a partial day and was told it was till 6pm. At 5:15 a rude lady called me and said it was till 5. She said i had to leave by 5:30 or she would charge me move. She was very rude. I booked a hill view room. There is no hill. I looked out to a concrete slap that looked like where another bldg has once been. The room was in a old bldg seperate frim main hotel. Room smelled musty. This was not a good stay and this place us 3 star at best.

Never book this hotel, poor customer service. Rooms are terrible. V old and filthy place.
