Fantastic stay, highly recommend, amazing staff, extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, slight room mix up, which was soon solved & a complementary bottle of bubbly for us for understanding.

Told our room would be cleaned and towels changed every 3 days however they were only changed once in 7 days. Noise from the banging of exit door to lift and stairs.

Hôtel bien situé. Personnel avenant et souriant. Lit confortable. Cuisine assez bien équipée. La poêle devrait être remplacée.

A little dated but greatly overcome with helpful and friendly staff. Conveniently close to the beach and all points of interest. Recommend !

Good location but photos are like most Facebook profile pictures and cleverly filtered giving the impression of a modern apartment. The apartment is old but has been decorated to a good standard and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Also paid deposit for safe key, but in check out they said we hadn't. The deposit wasn't a great amount but they add up if it happens regularly. Ask for a receipt.

Apartment was convenient and well located. The fridge was outdated and made a lot of noise. Really nice staff. Pool area basic.

Large bathroom & kitchen . Property needs a major upgrade .Drawers broken .Table had vinyl peeling Peeling paint on bathroom ceiling . Sofa bed mattress cover peeling .No sheets for sofa if needed . We were given a studio apt instead of apt ,had to request a move , which was done .

We had a studio for 3 with sea view. It was perfect for what we needed, a base to explore the local area, shops and restaurants. Great location, just off the seafront and easy walk into both Torremolinos centre and Benalmadena marina. The staff were very helpful. We would go back there again. Thank You!

Our trip was extended due to flights being cancelled by air traffic control and we needed to find somewhere to stay for our extended trip. Palm Beach came up on hotels.com and it looked perfect. Amazing location, short walk to the beach front, shops, restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to the marina in Benalmàdena - boat trips, cute shops and harbour side restaurants. Pool looses the sun mid morning into lunch time but that’s just due to the position of the building and sun, so a trip out for lunch passes the time. The apartment had everything we wanted, even washing up liquid! Definitely coming back!!

Hidden gem

Really lovely place, staff went above and beyond to help us, supplied umbrellas if raining, decorated a room for a birthday, gave us advice on buses etc. Would recommend place if u want apartment holiday.

Second time staying here and once again it was perfect for the price. Great spot to stay in.

Excellent pre Christmas stay. Lovely comfortable apartment with amazing sea view. Enjoyed watching a pod of dolphins one morning. Friendly helpful and both on reception and housekeeping. Have stayed there before and will again. Would recommend. Great location and has a nice reasonable priced restaurant where you get a warm welcome.

Fantastic apartments, well equipped with all utensils, cups, glasses plates etc. Very clean and comfortable. Team members friendly and polite. Great location very short stroll to the sea front and shopping eating drinking streets. Safe neighbourhood. Special mention to Mercedes on reception, professional in her job and so smiley. Thank you for a fab stay.

Good experience

My studio was newly done. I had a veranda and lovely views. The others in my party described the apartments like faulty towers. The bar in the apartment block ignored me when i went to ask for a drink. They told me, that a spanish couple sat down eating were better than me and continued to ignore me. I waited 15 mins to be told they are vetter than me because they are eating. I updated the reception team. They are unable to do anything about the rudness off the bar staff. My bedding was not changed all week. I got towels the day before i was leaving. The pool area is poor small and enclosed. We did however get some new sunbeds. The pool was not filtering lots of stuff floating about in it. I had to get the net and clean the pool. Sorry i will not be returning. Very poor indeed.
