The room was ideal, however a walk in shower would have been better. The bar were fine and the bar staff work very hard. One observation is when your sitting in the reception area you have to go down stairs to get a drink.

The cleaning staff went above and beyond - the hotel was very clean! (they even cleaned the roofs!) Good food, varied entertainment, clean pools, attentive staff - overall very good experience.

Great place for kids. Not so nice if you like peace and quiet. Food was mediocre.

The staff at 3HB Guarana are all to be complimented for the excellent care provided to their guests. The quality of the food and the cleanliness of the entire facility are noteworthy. Special thanks to the front desk staff for their assistance in navigating a concern with one of my excursions.

Stayed here with my best friend as part of a grad celebration trip and loved it. The food is absolutely incredible-- so many options, all of great quality! Was concerned when I found out even the "restaurants" that you need to reserve at are buffet style, but these are truly the best buffets I've ever seen. There are taps of beer, wine, sometimes sangria, water, and soft drinks you can almost always access, and we loved the reusable water bottles they gave us at the start. The bars were great, too. I thought that it would have direct access to a boardwalk to the beach, but you need to walk around the building to reach a small beach and a few blocks to the nearest large one. There's a lot of loud kid-oriented programming from 3:30ish-5, and in the evenings there are often concerts or karaoke (which is a fun time!) until around 10. Couldn't hear the kids stuff from our first floor room but the evening music was definitely loud. Never a huge problem, though. Overall, such a great place to relax and make the most of all-inclusive amenities!!!

Found this hotel to be exceptionally well run. Although very busy, there was never a problem in finding a table for our group of 8 for meals. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the level of cleanliness was excellent. The choice of food for every meal was really extensive and the quality very good. Would definitely recommend for families.

Check in and check out was very smooth. All staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay. Rooms and facilities were very clean. The beach was walkable down the cliff and that provide =d much needed exercise especially after the irresistible food which we was provided in all restaurants within the hotel. Wonderful stay and will definitely go back!

Positives - very clean rooms, oriental and Mediterranean restaurants make a change from the main dining area and not limited to how many times you can use them. Safe in the room is great. Negatives - loungers could be cleaned. The oriental restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The pools are freezing cold. The lower ground spa pool and jacuzzi are also very cold. In my opinion for what we pay we should get heated pools. Entertainment in the M bar is good but repeated so much that it’s too much. I would expect the same stuff for each week but in two weeks I heard all of the same stuff at least 6 times, likely more. At every meal they take your room number and how many are dining and I can’t think of why. It’s all inclusive so this makes no sense to me, but maybe they have their own reasons. Overall a nice place but wouldn’t go again. I’ve had much better experiences at other all inclusives. There are two beaches, the smaller one about 5-8mins walk and 126 steps to the large one which is beautiful. Vilamora Marina is lovely and a 10-15min walk to the beautiful beach which is stunning with bars and places to eat, amazing actually.

A bit overcrowd, some restaurants are not always available without an early reservation. Cleaning is excellent but more than once the staff forgot to replace all the towels. Surroundings are safe and walkable but in a day or two you can easily visit everything there. Apart from that, we really loved everything else, especially the warm staff. We would like to come back one day.
