I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with easy access to many points of interest in the area. Popular attractions, restaurants, and public transportation were all within a short distance, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. Would never stay here again. thee room I was in, across from elevator but next to staircase, the elephants came trancing down every morning, So I was woken up at 0800 every day and the hotel turns off the AC when the maids start cleaning and theen back on when the maids are done cleaning. Sometimes it’s turned back on between 1330 and as late as 1530. Bathroom looks new but the shower head was broke and it was like standing under a water fall. I notified management when I checked out. We even had a water issue, toilet didn’t flush and the shower stopped, though I can’t blame that on the hotel, they think with all the construction a line was hit. BED so uncomfortable, small bed, pillow mush, and a very small TV. The staff was helpful. Plane arrived late so stayed in Madrid first night but called. hotel to advise them of what happened and NOT to cancel my reservation aand that I would arrive the next day instead. No up grade, and no waving of the cost for the 1st night either. The person that took the call from the hotel was nice and made sure the reservation was not cancelled. Very disappointing stay. Yes in the heart of the old town, and the building is old, but hotel should spend some money and bring it into the 22nd century or reduce rates.

Clean room and convenient location. The bathroom lighting was dark and the room blinds did not work. Would be nice to have a fridge and a fan in the room.

Stay with the parking is my first priority. Easy to walk around in the old town. Very convenient to visit and seeing the town. Great place for road trips.

Very secure parking, very poor breakfast not at all value for money, room was noisy with lots of banging from i dont know where, will not be visiting again

The lack of TV channels was my main complaint. Especially with no English channels available

Nice location and very good value for the cost. It may get a little noisy and busy at night weekends, but worthy for 5 minutes walking to "El tubo"

On offre de prendre les bagages mais placés en arriere du comptoir. Ils sont souvent sans surveillance en arriere du comptoir car celui qui y travaille fume dehors et il sort tres souvent. quand tu prends une douche c est comme si y avait pas de mur.les murs sont en carton. Le matelas descendait aussitot qu on s appuyait au mur. Il a fallu. Mettre des blocs. C est sale. Seul point positif c est poroche des choses a voirel fait de carton. J ai meme recu une plainte car je parlais video

High value price. Poor, no fresh, low variety and low quality. Everywhere was cold - bad temperature. Small room, uncomfortable bed.

Lovely older hotel in the old town part of Zaragoza. The room and bathroom were nice. We were comfortable, safe and enjoyed our stay. It’s a perfect location for walking the sights and very convenient for restaurants and bars. We did not have a car - I’m not sure what the parking situation would have been. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

Broken shower held holder. A/C not working. Super thin towels. The sound of the toilet flushing is epic, specially in the middle of the night. I would have commented on the city view, but, for some reason, I was given a room with the air shaft view: the rear side of other buildings. nothing pleasant. The location is perfect.

In the center

The parking area that we were asigned was very difficult to park in. No air conditioning in the room which required the winow to be opened. There was very loud noise on the street each night until 1/2 in the morning.

There were bed bugs in my room/bed. Very unconfortable experience.

The hotel was quite hard to find but with the aid of a Policeman we got there. The guy on reception was really helpful and advised us to look at the breakfast before paying for it. We were glad if his advise. The choice of food for €8.50 each was a joke. We went out and found food in a local cafe. The rest of the hotel suited our purpose as we were only staying one night and enjoyed looking around the City.

Air conditioning was not working. Response was this time of the year no air conditioning is allowed by local authorities. It was hot in the room around 80 degrees.

The area in general was edgy

Staff was good, limited breakfast menu. And the room was more like a Motel than a Hotel. Too expensive for what was offered.
