Did not like and would never stay at one again

Mold, water pouring from ceiling, grease on headboard, spray paint on walls, among many other things. Stayed one of two nights after I cleaned with my own Clorox wipes. Sheets and towels were clean.

Book a room and pre pay weeks in advance, only to get there and a room not be ready at check in time. Lady at the counter kept saying she’s only worked there 4 days and doesn’t know what to do. Took almost 2 hours past check in for the room. Then the tv didn’t work, outlet for alarm clock didn’t work. Really not that clean.

This is the first negative review I have ever given to a hotel. No towels! How can a family of 4 be stuck with just 2 towels? The pool had no towel as well. The front desk did not help. They kept on saying that the towels are being washed. At night. Again in the morning. No apologies. The sofa bed had no pillows and no comforter as well. Again, they were out. It was very inconvenient. The bathroom door did not lock as well.I think they need to look into their hospitality infrastructure at this location. I hate to leave a negative review. This is by far the worst IHG experience we have had and we have travelled in 45 states. I think we have spent thousands of dollars with IHG and will have to rethink our plan for the future. The breakfast was good.

I really liked this place. Our room was quiet, the bed was comfy, and the room in good condition. Top that off with a very friendly and accommodating staff and it was a wonderful visit

Convenient location

Susie amd Maureen are fantastic! They were so kind and helpful. I cant wait to come back and visit. This hotel is the best!
