Too expensive for the type of accommodation

Location is good, service is decent, the facility is old, it gets very noisy when people walk the staircase and talk. It's not the best value for the money. For the price we paid, expected a better quality place

It's a hostel at the heart of Cusco. Away from the main road. A car can't get inside this one way alley. The check in was good. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The thing is that it lacked the spirit that other hostels have. The service was nice but not very welcoming or warm. If you need a place for a night or two, it's not bad.

It was very clean and staff was amazing. Breakfast was freshly made. My husband got altitude sickness. They were very helpful and provided us with oxygen tank and medicine.

Close to the main square. Lovely building with history. Clean rooms. Hot showers. AND hot water in the basins which was usual.

Nice place to stay with warm showers. Good location, situated just 2 streets away from the main square. There was free transfer from the airport, and the receptionist and coordinators were helpful and gave good tips for Cusco. We ended up booking our day tours with the hotel coordinator. The reception desk was manned 24hours, and the laundry service provided was very convenient and affordable.

Basic but clean. Very well located at 5 min walk from plaza de arms. The staff is very nice and helpful. They provided heater and hair dryer upon request. We were able to store our luggage for our day to Machu-picchu.

The staff was amazing, especially Noemi (thanks a lot). The hotel is in a very good location and the rooms were very big, clean and comfortable - best hotel in our trip (out of 5). The bathroom is a bit small but works well, has breakfast and a nice kitchen if you wish to cook.

Late check in and early checkout. Issues due to language barrier as the desk staff did not speak English. This was a major problem when contacting them about a lost wallet at checkout. Room was large and comfortable bed but bathroom and small kitchen area old and outdated, no lift and rooms are upstairs.They stated they searched room and reception but if they had they would have found my husbands jacket left in the wardrobe.

Everything was as described, the hotel and staff, no luxury but it was close to everything walking distance!

Easily located to Plaza de Armas and other main areas. Rooms are great, shower is hot and staff very friendly. Only downfall is the echo from the open layout of the lobby/kitchen, but it’s great value and would recommend.

Loved the environment and feel of the whole place.
