The room was clean. The view was excellent, the food was mediocre.

Room service and housekeeping was a challenge…but overall we had a good experience.

Pillows are excellent, my bed was lopsided and spa was excellent!

Nice location. Parking is a little walk. Restaurant/bar was great - loved the bartenders. Nice view and pool. Walk across the street to the beach. Nice perk was free bike rentals at the hotel however many of the bikes were in disrepair and not many were available for the size of hotel. Overall a nice stay.

Gorgeous Property with Friendly Staff.

I found a live Silverfish in the sink late at night. The wardrobe closet door would not close. Shower very difficult to operate. TV wwould not work some of the time. Parking to high at $40 per night.room needed painted especially baseboards

The stay was overall very good the hotel location is so worth it! We had a couple things that came up during this trip and that was trash in the pool everytime we went the pool, and some staff were not the nicest when we had some questions about the event they had going on.

Property charged 5 star rate and it's only 3 star at best. Parking is expensive while you can park in the street for free next to the property. Avoid if booking there unless you pay 3 star rates.

From the first moment we got to the property we agreed it with a smile and kindness and the excellent customer service skills that their crew had throughout the whole weekend was amazing! From checking in to checking out, there was a moment that we were not graded with a smile and asked if we needed anything. The property is absolutely beautiful and the rooms were top-notch! You did not feel crammed in them! The property and pool is beautiful and you have a beautiful view that ocean as you’re sitting by the fire pit and from a lot of of the rooms! I highly recommend this property as I believe you will enjoy your experience here. This is by far one of our favorite places to stay due to our experience this weekend.

It was OK stay, NOT GREAT considering the price paid. Had to pay for parking. The room was OK. Complementary food you get is just Coffee, that too time limited.

Awesome location!

The beach shuttle and bike amenities are great but room service was skipped with no explanation.

Room was very out dated. Water pressure and bell service non existent. However the restaurant was fabulous! Service and food were great.

The staff and the food and the room are all excellent!

We stayed just one night but the valet people and housekeeping were very polite. It was nice to have bikes to be able to use without charging extra.

We liked this hotel and would definitely consider going back. Something to keep in mind is that the resort fee and self parking equates to about $70 per night on top of the price you pay for your stay. Seemed extremely high. The restaurant food was also pretty terrible and overpriced. We did like how close we were to the beach though and the pool was nice.

The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful. Everything was so clean and the service was impeccable.

Everything was perfect! We loved the hotel and will come back.

Great stay

The Staff was very nice. I loved the free bikes which I did use. The only thing I have a complaint about is having to pay for parking. However the men working the valet counter were super nice and made paying the price not so bad. I also used the shuttle once to meet friends for a Tennis lesson at another local hotel.. Shout out to Kevin!
