The hotel was easy to reach, and there were convenient parking spaces nearby. However, when we first arrived, we didn’t feel particularly welcomed. Several guests were checking in at once, and the receptionist seemed quite overwhelmed. Our room was very clean and comfortable, but only one chair was provided for two people, which affected comfort. No slippers were available, and when we called the reception, we were told none were left, so we had to wear our shoes inside. There were also no personal care products besides shampoo, soap, and lotion. The beds were clean and cozy, but despite requesting room cleaning, only the bed was made—no sheets were changed. The hotel was generally quiet, but on Monday morning, construction work started right next to our room, waking us up early. Breakfast offered many options, but most were clearly aimed at tourists. Hot dishes were few and not very tasty, so we only ate there twice during our five-day stay. The pool was also not clean, with leaves and insects inside. There’s a path from the back to the beach, which is nice, but the sea wasn’t clean either. Carrying luggage at checkout was difficult due to many stairs and no alternative route. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel but with several issues that need improvement.

The room was nice and clean, staff helpful and kind. The only “ minus” was fact that wifi was not free of charge

Our room was very rough around the edges e.g. broken door frame. We were in a back building where cleaners and other members of staff were staying. Cleanliness was ok but not the best e.g. stained bed linen.

Everything was perfect the service and availability tu help the clients

The hotel is not suitable for disabled and stroller families, because I think they don't know about the invention of the elevator. Water leaked from the toilet for 2 days, the bathroom was in the water, and they thought of changing the room the last night. Thankfully, the employees are trying to keep the hotel standing.

Everything was very good nice employees and professional

The deal I got was great. Stayed for a week from Oct 8-15. Hotel rooms were clean. Cleaning lady dropped by every 2nd day. Breakfast was included. Simple not much variety. Only issue INTERNET is not free. Pay to use. Also you must book your plus 1 online otherwise they charge a heavy fee in person per day. I did not like that local friends weren’t allowed to visit unless they paid.

Otel çok güzel gayet temiz ve düzenli. Sadece bizim kaldığımız odada sıcak su termosifonla sağlandığı için tek kişi banyo yapınca su hemen soğudu ikinci kişiye sıcak su kalmadığı için tekrar ısınmasını beklemek zorunda kaldık onun dışında bir sorun yok. Açık büfe kahvaltıda çok çeşitli ve çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve işgili çok beğendik.

Çok keyifli bir tatil geçirdim, bu yüzden tüm otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım, yataklar biraz sertti bu yüzden biraz rahatsızlık çektik, bunun dışında ciddi bir rahatsızlık yaşamadık.

Vores gulv var så beskidt, at vi måtte bede om ekstra rengøring, og alligevel blev det bare aldrig godt. Vi havde derfor sko og børnene strømper på indendørs. De glemte at gøre rent den ene dag også. Vi betalte for wifi den ene dag, men det virkede ikke, så fik de styr på det dagen efter dog først om aftenen, og vi blev krævet penge for det alligevel. Vi boede ikke på selve hotellet, men havde fået en lejlighed med en pool nærliggende, dog var gangen derop så slidt og decideret farlig for børnene. Nogle fliser manglede og der var stejlt og rundt om poolen manglede der også finish og meget var ødelagt. Vi boede der heldigvis kun 2,5 dag. Derudover var værelset størrelse meget fint, det var lækkert med vaskemaskine og 2 badeværelser og 2 værelser og en kæmpe stue.

Very nice hotel specially if you have kids. Only negative point .. a lot of stairs and no elevator. If you have young kids or baby(stroller) try to get room in the first level. Beach is not super nice but you can drive 10 min away and very nice. Also, wifi and safety box are not included, need to pay daily
