The hotel was nice and quiet. The staff was helpful. We loved that we could have our fur baby with us without any issues. We loved our stay and we will definitely be back!!

Relaxed and friendly, Wonderful rooms, chic hotel, and plenty of friendly dogs staying in hotel. Makes one feel almost at home.

Aloft has been a very consistent hotel we choose to stay at for a lot of our trips. I would say this location is one of the best we've experienced. Note however there was no couch or anything but a wooden bench and a desk chair in our room and the water pressure was atrocious. We didn't even complain, we were so happy with everything else it didn't matter to us much. Thanks 🙏

Very convenient location right in downtown Asheville; clean and comfortable room & facilities, with adjacent parking as well. Would very likely stay here for any future visits to Asheville.

The service was excellent, hotel was clean and located in a great area to walk for shopping and so many restaurant options.

The aloft in downtown Asheville is perfect. The location is great for that stretcher areas around the Orange Peel. I came in town for a show and was able to grab a drink and a bite to eat before hand all right there and a couple blocks. I brought my three year-old lab with me and he did great and the aloft has no hidden fees or anything for pets and are very pet friendly, including the staff. This definitely will be the first place. I will check anytime I’m coming into Asheville for a couple nights. Could not recommend this place more for the value in the location.

Convenient to shops, venues, restaurants. Nice property. Friendly staff. Shower gel was not refilled before my stay, and tissues ran out quickly as well.

Great staff and a beautiful room.

The room was extremely clean. It was handicap friendly, which is very awesome for me. I really liked the atmosphere. I really liked the scenery in and around the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoyed my trip.

Room was comfy with a great view. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Easy parking garage to use and being able to come and go as we pleased without a valet was nice. We brought our dog and everything was great.

No issues
