Room was lovely, beautiful view over the park. Staff were so friendly and welcoming and always there when needed. Peaceful, close to train station and town centre, great place

Very old dated, cold water , the shower sprayed all over the room and out the door. Stunk of smoke. It was clean but I wouldn’t stay again

Bed in 1 room comfy and great Bed in room 16 cold and heating not working properly. Had to ask for a thick duvet. Shower on landing broken Was grateful for plug in heater Could have done with a glass Sink taps water very slow. Wifi was great. Good value but things could have been better

The place is very close to centre of the city, It's very easy to locate, Just 3minutes work down to train station, the customer service are very helpful.

Nice location very close to the train station and a short walk to the town centre. The owners kept good communication on and before the day of arrival. Nice to see the Qibla direction provided in the room. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a guest lounge which we only discovered in the morning, it would have been nice to know about the other facilities available on arrival. There was plenty of parking and it was a super easy check-in/out.

I needed somewhere as affordable and convenient as possible, very close to Ipswich station. The Bridge House gave me just what I needed, while also being quite comfortable, too.

Friendly helpfull staff

The room was clean, but the shared shower and toilet facilities were very small and there was no wash hand basin in the toilet! Unfortunately there was a lingering smell of cooking, even on the second floor where our room was located. Considering the price it wasn’t too bad as a bed for the night, but I won’t be coming back

Worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Covered in bites from most definitely was bed bugs..Room was road side all you could hear was cars passing all night widows were closed made no difference ..Do not stay at this hotel!!!

By far my worst stay ever and ive travelled for work for years. It seemed more like a hostel rather than a bed & breakfast. The carpet looked dirty. I had a breakout of spots on my body by the 2nd day. I had a spider crawling all over tge bed & my clothes as I trued to get dressed. I stayed 4 nights & the bins were not emptied at all.
