beautiful serene hotel directly facing the lagoon. We enjoyed very much staying there, the complimentary foot massage and lovely views. the pool looked stunning, even though we did not swim. we would like to see more lagoon activities - ie kayaks and paddle boats for rent from the hotel.

A tranquil retreat with amazing hospitality, kind staff, surrounded by the sea and lagoon, good food, restaurant with a view, well landscaped nature and also beautiful architecture by Geoffrey Bawa. Hope to be back again.

About 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The pool is amazing. The room is a bit worn, but the overall experience made up for it — the restaurant is a gem. It offers lots of food options and a peaceful atmosphere with views of the garden and lagoon. The pool is also very beautiful and well-maintained. Definitely worth a stay. ホテルの真ん中にあるプールがとても素敵。きちんと管理されていて綺麗です。部屋の構造が少し変わっているかも。お庭を見ながら楽しめるレストランが良かったです。

I had a beautiful stay at the Jetwing Lagoon Hotel. The grounds are so amazing, my room was stunning. The staff are so friendly and kind. Was an amazing stay, I will definitely be coming again. Thank you!

I'm a competitive swimmer. This hotel has a 100 meter pool with crystal clear water. I was in heaven. The rooms were awesome. The view from our room was fantastic. The bathrooms are uniquely designed. The only downside was a very limited menu at the restaurant

The property is quiet and serene. The staff are polite and helpful. The luxury room has the bathroom “outside”, so you battle insects, especially mosquitoes when using toilet, showering etc. I even had 2 small frogs living in the shower drain! Restaurant service is slow but food, generally speaking, was nice, albeit, a little overpriced. Other than dining, services like spa, taxi etc are quoted in USD at very expensive rates. I find this practice annoying. The location is a little remote compared to central Negombo so getting an Uber etc can be difficult. Nothing within walking distance. Dark arrow roads mean the journey at night can be daunting. As a business traveler, it was a poor choice for me. Wifi in resort is unstable and weak signal. Luckily the manager helped by installing dedicated router in my room. Room has no TV.

Disappointing, particularly food

It was shockingly bad, run down, mildew in bathrooms, broken cupboards and damp musty beds. It is no 5* hotel. The photos shown on internet are either fake or ten years old. Don't get fooled. We moved out in 2 or three hours to Jetwing's other property in Colombo, an hour and a half away after a long tiring day.

I stayed here for one night before I was flying from Colombo Airport. I had a loverly room with a fantastic bathroom and view of the lagoon from the bedroom. A very nice relaxing place to stay. Has a nice restaurant, a spa and large swimming pool.

Fantastic food, and rooms. A/c getting a bit dated so needed earplugs but otherwise loved this hotel

This is a quarantine hotel at the moment our booking was transferred to the Jetwing beach

The staff were excellent, attentive and aware of gust needs and circumstances. When we required moving to another Jetwing property it at was not problem. We had the same excellent customer service the Jetwing beach hotel. While the room was not as nice it had a lovely view all-in-all our stay was just what we needed.

This was supposed to just be an easy one nighter before my actual excursion started and I honestly wish I could have stayed much longer! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and the grounds were spotless even after some heavy rains. The outdoor bathroom for my room was a huge selling point and I can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous property. Very quiet, not much around within walking distance. We were a family of 2 adults and a 6 year old. Think this property might be more suited to couples seeking a quiet getaway. We stayed in a Bawa room. Love the outdoor concept however the garden area could do with a lift.
