Brilliant digs. Really nice sophisticated hotel in a convenient spot at a good price.

Overall very nice stay. Couple of issues… car parking not well advertised ended up paying £21.50 when could of paid £14 at hotel if the car park was better signposted. Lovely tea/coffee/biscuits etc let down by 4 UHT milks!! And yes you can ask for more but who wants to get dressed to go and ask for more milk in the morning. There is a fridge in room so why not have a little bottle of fresh milk??

Great stay at IHG Newcastle! Central location close to the train station and bars, restaurants, shops etc. Room was clean and comfortable with all amenities needed. Reception staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, amazing staff

Had an amazing stay at the Indigo. The staff on every level, especially Quinten were amazing and so helpful. Comfortable rooms and pretty much everything in them. Very clean and tidy. Hotel breakfast was good. Definitely recommend.

Great location and hotel

The hotel was in a great spot in Newcastle City Centre. Parking was in a car park next to the hotel and we were charged £15 for the night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom included a large walk in shower. We ate at the hotel and the food was good, with lots of choice. Our server, Laura, was great - she was really friendly but professional, a real credit to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again!

Love the location and vibe . Uncomfortable pillows but 2nd night got some semi better ones . Neither bathroom or bedroom bins were emptied!! No replacement of coffee or milks etc , shower and bathroom poorly cleaned after first night !

Our stay at the Indigo Hotel in Newcastle was fantastic. The hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.9

Hotel was very clean rooms clean, very comfortable abd had everthing you could need. Breakfast vast amount if choice and evening meal was also very appertising. Staff throughout hotel very pleasant and helpful. Would definately stayagain if visit Newcastle again.

Absolutely amazing stay. Everything was just perfect. - Hotel was central - 5 minutes walk from Newcastle train station - Friendly staff - Rooms were nice and friendly - Hotel decor was modern and up to date - All bars and restaurants near by - Hotel has a car park
