Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The setting is so lovely , even this time of year. And the staff are wonderful. The breakfast was really good. I am sad we only booked one night.

The staff, rooms and property were above our expectations. Francesca provided a ride to the property and on our day of departure to the Rome airport (for a fee). The room was spacious, clean, provided everything we could want and was so welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful

The location is close to the train station. You can walk up to Orvieto - it’s a 10-15 minute walk. The owners were really sweet and helpful. My room was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy the pool.

Incredibly beautiful, beds are super comfortable, delicious breakfast. Out of the busy part of town, but still close enough. Quintessential Italian countryside feel while still being close to town. What more could you want?

What an excellent stay and experience we had at Podere Sette Piagge!! The service provided and quality of the property very clearly exceeded our expectations. Our guest room was clean, spacious and well decorated. Owner Francesca was very focused on servicing our requests. She also very effectively arranged our transportation requests. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent - superb pastries, fresh fruits and plenty of other assorted items in a very comfortable patio setting. Just over the top in all aspects of our stay. Very highly recommend this property.

I liked the quiet ambiance and ability to walk up the hill to the old town of Orvieto. The breakfast was also very nice with excellent coffee.

Super sweet Italian family with a warm welcome. Very clean room. Great spread for breakfast included with an amazing Cappuccino served. About a 5 minute drive to the main parking lot for old town Orvieto. We had a great stay!

The location and aspect of the property is fantastic; something to die for and Francesca was great and very accommodating. We will definitely go back.

It is in a beautiful setting and very relaxing. Francesca, her father and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Nice and fresh breakfast. Easy to park if you have a car. It is a bit of a hike if you want to walk to Orvieto center- and I personally didn’t mind but you can take a taxi if too much. We went to the restaurant across the street one night which was very good, as an option close by. I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy having a nice outdoor space.

A terrific family run hotel, right under the historic town of Orvieto. The property has an extensive farm, and the owner took us for a tour complete with samples of blackberries and cherries. One of the originals roads that lead to the city runs right in back of the property that with a 20-minute vigorous leads you right to the Fortezza Albornoz.

Very well kept gardens, entrance to the property through a lockable gate. Very friendly staff and extremely clean room.

It was amazing! One of my favorite places we stayed in our week long trip. Comfy beds, kind owners, delicious breakfast, cute dogs, and all on a gorgeous property with gardens everywhere. Will stay here again!

While this property is not in the walled part of Orvieto, there is a path up the hill to the city gates. Wonderful way to start and end our day of sightseeing! The staff was so welcoming, from breakfast time to arranging our winery tour. The farm grounds and pool area were just gorgeous.

The property was an orchard, and was just outside the town, but was very quiet. We enjoyed the friendly proprietor and his wife. The rooms were comfy and clean.

Loved the room and private bath. Breakfast was plentiful and amazing under the grapevines. It seemed to be a small window of time though which wasn’t clear. Beautiful property and convenient to walking up to Orvieto. We would stay again for sure.
