Fabulous 10 day stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and always readily available to help you if required. Breakfast and pool facilities were excellent, and it is well situated for the short walk into Bardolino. The housekeeping staff did a great job - our room was always spotlessly clean. The hotel also arranged taxi transport (at a reasonable cost) to and from Verona airport. If we return to Bardolino we would certainly stay here again.

Great hotel within easy walking distance of Lake Garda. Spa facilities and treatments are excellent. Breakfast service and choice is one of the best I’ve experienced.

Great hotel, amazing pools and extensive breakfast options. Clean spacious rooms and friendly staff. Short walk into town, plenty of transport links around Lake Garda, and just a short journey from Verona airport.

Great location a few minutes from the centre of Bardolino. Consistently friendly and attentive staff. Hotel is very well maintained. Pool areas are excellent.

Our flight was a little delayed so we arrived at the hotel a little late. The receptionist was very friendly and offered us water as it was a long journey. We checked into our room (there was 4 of us), and we couldn't have asked for a better room. Spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Good size bathroom as well with a power shower. The only drawback to the bathroom is that it needed hooks behind the bathroom door to hang clothes, but it was a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was also very good with an excellent spread and good service. The hotel is literally about a 5 - 7 minute walk to the town centre of Bardolino was has plenty of places to eat and drink. You can also catch ferry's to other towns from the harbour and its quite reasonably priced as well. The hotel also has multiple swimming pools. We really enjoyed our stay here..

Great hotel base to explore Bardolino and wider Lake Garda area. Spa & Wellness area was well equipped and offered excellent treatments.

As for the service, it is not a 4 stars. The massage was given in a cold room with no music and the spa pools had many kids. Additionally, the restaurant’s food is mediocre and low quality. Location is good.

The hotel and spa had excellent facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor areas were beautiful although during this busy time it was sometimes difficult to find a deck chair in a shady spot. The hotel itself is situated a 10 min walk from the lakeside town of Bardolino where there were plenty of options for eating and drinking.

The pools are amazing. The breakfast is outstanding.
