Only stayed for one night, but based on this we found the accommodation spacious, great size balcony and kitchen for cooking. If staying in winter unlikely to get sun on the balcony. Good facilities including small shower gel, hair dryer and washing up liquid. Comfy beds.

Apartments are clean. Friendly staff. Beach and shopping/ entertainment centres nearby. A small swimming pool with minimal sun beds although there is a separate solarium.

Have been to Playa Del Ingles a number of times and this is definitely the best hotel for the price. Excellent location, supermarket over the road, 10 mins from Yumbo centre, 5 minute walk to the beach and lots of food and drink options next to Playa Del Ingles. Hotel itself is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, internet is included (up to 3 devices simultaneously) and accessible from the room with good speeds, hotel pool is nice and has space for 10-15 people to sunbathe. I’d happily go again and recommend it to anyone that will listen!

I love staying at this property, it’s always a pleasure still after many years. The staff are lovely and whether you just want a chat or total privacy your needs are catered for, housekeepers are first class and very helpful. This is a little bolt away place for me for that quick burst of sun in the winter or that last minute getaway. Definitely will be back as soon as I can, great work guys.

Easy access to the beach. Shops, bars & restaurants all nearby. Pool area was small with limited room for sun loungers although there was a solarium area.

Staff were excellent and did everything they possibly could. Hotel is in a fairly poor state and we were told it was closing in April for a total refurbishment. Once that's done I would go back. It's in a great location and close to all amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return here. Perfect for your needs. Staff very friendly and responsive. Small supermarket opposite hotel, as is a great bike hire shop. Large supermarket 5 mins walk. Beach 5 mins walk. All amenities 5 minutes walk. Self catering, quiet, budget hotel.

Lovely pool, comfy bed, large space. On quite a noisy street. Could here people until about 3am and roadworks would start about 8am

The patio doors and some of the towels need replacing, they could also do with a few more kitchen utensils but overall it is excellent value. The place is kept spotless by the cleaning staff and the reception staff will sort out any issues that might arise efficiently and professionally. I have already booked my next stay!

The reception is pretty unhelpful. There is no option to leave your key at reception, which is an old school key and not ideal if you are going out of an evening wearing shorts. If you enjoy a decent sized pool, this is not the place for you! Good wifi, super-close to the beach and big balcony are the plus points.

Girl at the reception was very friendly. Booked room for 2 nights didn't stay even one night checked to different hotel. Room I had was different than a pictures Shower with curtains not a door. Kitchen old. Beds very uncomfortable. Room was very noisy old windows next to busy road. Curtains in the room not hand properly. Didn't want to ruin my extended holiday so I didn't stay in the hotel. Hope others rooms are in better condition.

Major annoyance was them taking payment from my Amex instead of waiting until I arrived. I had already transferred money to a Euro card to pay and now am saddles with a large bill on my amex. Apartment was reasonable for the price, good size; good amount of storage space. Decent shower, apart from the shower curtain. bidet was a nice touch. Living area was good size. Reasonably stocked kitchen. Had to have the toaster changed as the one there was not working. Good size balcony. Bed wasn't the most comfortable, bedroom door didn't close as there was no latch to it. Main issue though was the noise from outside. Apartment overlooked a main road to the beach. No sound proofing to the window areas so noise from cars, delivery vans and raucous people late at night could be heard. Location is ok depending on where you want to go. Short walk down to the promenade and beach, slightly further uphill to the Yumbo and a stair climb to get to the La Sandia or Cita centres without a long roundabout walk.

Exceptional value for money- price cannot be beaten. Large, clean apartments with everything required. Reception and poolside areas maintained impeccably. Please beware that the hotel is on a very busy road and is both hot and noisy. Bring your earplugs and a portable fan.

Stayed here a few times before, staff are so good. I had some issues with my pre-departure covid test and Reception took care of it and even got me an appointment. Large apartments great location
