Beautiful hotel!

No smart Tv or movie rentals in the room

Great space. Incredible lake, and so many things to do which are water related. For the Spa, pricy but nice. The outside water baths and the sauna are nice.

All the things at this hotel was wonderful. Only should be reviewed the prices of facilities to use in the lake (boats, paddles, cayaques), to be more cheaper or free.

A great place to spend the holiday. It would be even better if they could provide free boating service like other hotels do.

The place is ok. It needs an upgrade, rooms are getting old. Service wasn’t the best either. For the price, I wouldn’t go back.

Booked through Expedia and upon arrival they had no information about our booking.

It was a great experience, all the different pool temperatures was amazing. Really loved the lake, and the suite was great. Everything worked very well.

I really like the resort style concept as which not many hotels offer in the area such as a Amerispa onsite, access to the lake, hot tubs and 2 pools. It is also great that the pools and hot tubs are open until 11PM. The restaurant prices are a little too high. A simple glass of wine costs $23 and breakfast is $40/person. I had booked for 2 adults and 2 minors of the ages 13 & 10. When we got to the room, the sofa bed was too small and they did not leave a blanket and there was only 1 pillow on the bed. We had to ask the desk for the extra blanket, a cot and extra pillows. We also had to ask for extra towels. This part of the service requires improvement. The gym is also very small and does not have much equipment to use. Other than that, the place is very nice.

Everything was amazing.

Food at lido pool was poor quality. Staff not knowledgeable about activities around resort. Towel at pool very old as well as chairs and installations.

Everything was very beautiful, our view, the food, the service, the room, it was perfect, except for one little thing that would need to be upgraded, the patio set, we spent a lot of time on our patio, and it was really uncomfortable! Thanks to Esterel Resort!
