Absolutely loved staying here! The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the location couldn’t be better—right off the Malecón and walking trails along the Laguna. I enjoyed their garden. It can be a tad noisy with traffic at night because it’s right off the Main Street.

The hotel is conveniently located across the station from a bus station and the town’s sign. Easy access to tour of the lake.

Rustic place with lots of beautiful vegetation. Convenient walk to everything. Shops, Malecón and places to eat.

El hotel esta en exelente locacion y el personal es muy amable las habitaciones de lo mejor, me gusto mucho que tiene agua fria y caliente, en realidad considero un hotel 5 estrellas para volver a regresar.

A hidden gem! Right on the lake and with a pool and garden this is an idyllic spot at a great price. Service and staff wonderfully attentive and helpful. Rooms are small and bathrooms could use upgrade but I’d still give it 5 stars. Oh and the AMAZING breakfast…You’ll be glad you stayed here!

Older hotel in Catemaco. At the end of the Malecon. Clean, quiet, great breakfast. Good service. I would return here.

Price they charge through all the listing sites was $450mx (over double) per night more than guests who just showed up pay. I refused to stay or pay any cancellation fees. Didn't want to do business with them.

If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel in Catemaco, this one will work. The room was clean and the staff was nice. If I were on vacation with my wife, I might upgrade, but for my purposes, it works fine.

Older hotel. A/C was very noisy - couldn't hear TV. But at least we had A/C. We booked 3 rooms - arrived very late - just prior to midnight. They let us keep one room until after we returned from boat tour. Breakfast was good. Our first choice was full, but this was OK.

They brought up to our room a plate of fruit, coffee, I offered to pay and they said it was COURTESY. I confronted the administrator in the morning and said, I PERCEIVE THAT YOUR MISSION IS TO SERVE PEOPLE AND NOT JUST MAKE MONEY. She nodded, and we had a good talk. Next to the bus station, a very pleasant stay and very helpfu. Not the soccerers...

Siempre me he hospedado en este hotel, la calidad en la atención del personal es impecable. Solo desearía que tuvieran un poco mayor de atención en mejorar la condición de las instalaciones asi como la limpieza como tal.
