Location is excellent

Everything very well only problem is no AC no condition that’s mean Hvc. They should put it in so hot. I like cold very good breakfast. Everything was very good.

The room was a bit outdated, although it was clean (and so was the bathroom). No Air-conditioning, but they provided a fan (only needed on hot days in the summer). The location was perfect! So close to everything, and across the street to the big church. I would come back again.

Very good property. Solo traveller and singlebed room was perfect.

Excellent location in Old Town, staff friendly and helpful.

Very good location, easily reached from airport by public transport. You are 1 street away from the main street in Old Town, surrounded by cafes, bars & things to do. Two mins walk from river. Room was a good size, plenty of space. We were towards the side & never heard a sound so very peaceful. We did have a small issue one day when we put up the sign to have room serviced and it wasnt ( we get room serviced usually every other day & did need towels) but the receptionist acted very quickly and brought towels & bottled water plus room was serviced following day. If we return to Gdansk in the future, for location and lovely staff, this will be our first choice to stay again!

Absolutely perfect while on a short trip in gdansk

My stay at the Artus was comfortable. An adjustment to a single bed took some doing but it is what i booked. The staff were more than helpful- dealing with enquiries and issues in a very proffesipnal friendly manner The room was clean and a decent en suite. The restaurant served good food and a continental breakfast. The in house sauna was an added bonus. I enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and would stay again but next time book a room with a double bed. Thank you

Hotel was in a superb location, right in the middle of Old Town which was great, everything was within walking distance, the hotel was nice however it didn't cater for gluten free so we had to buy our own bread and make do that way. It was comfortable, the room was very warm but the rooms could also be cleaner. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Brilliant location. Our floor didnt have a direct lift which was fine but maybe not for others.. Bottom of shower was coming away and bathroom curtains falling down which wasnt helped by the shower being right in front of the window. Would stay again purely for location

The hotel is conveniently situated to the Old Town, but difficult to locate . The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory.It was warm and clean. However, the outside is distinctly run down, and the decor and rooms need considerable updating. In the 4 nights we spent there our room was only cleaned once.
