We stay here every July when we visit Argentina. They are always consistent. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be.

Great hotel. Super location. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Went out of their way to serve us. Tremendous value and walking distance to so much. Would stay again.

A great hotel option in Recoleta!

La atención del personal ha sido excelente y sumamente gentil. Tanto el personal de mostrador, de puerta como de cocina y comedor han hecho todo el esfuerzo pordar el mejor servicio. Cosas que no están a la altura de un hotel de esta categoría son, la falta de una plancha para ropa, un frigobar, no disponíamos de toallas para bidet y nos dijeron que si manchábamos toallas debíamos pagarlas. Se agradece el agua cada noche, pero sería prudente dar botellas cerradas (nuevas)

Fabulous rooms, food, and service.

We loved the personal feel to the hotel. The staff and service was excellent. Beautiful inside. The bed was very comfortable which was important after a 24 hour trip to get there. We could walk or uber to everything we needed.

The staff at Hotel Club Frances knows what they are doing and go out of their way to make your stay there comfortable and welcoming from room upgrades to transportation to restaurant reservations. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. It is small but the rooms are spacious and comfortable as are the bathrooms. The location can't be beat. Will stay again!

This is an amazing and unique place to stay in Buenos Aires. Gorgeous property. The location is ideal, with a variety of lovely restaurants, cafes, museums, shopping options, and attractions all within walking distance or a short taxi ride. The restaurant at Club Francés is outstanding!

Old world charm hotel with lots of class! Perfectly located next to everything Recoleta. Walkable to many things! Tropical-feel restaurant feel with a great amount of breakfast options (eggs, media lunas, etc). The bar didn't have high end liquor but that didn't matter to us. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was at your service as every whim. Very safe and a gorgeous area of the city to be in. Only a 3 star by US standards but the charm and service bumped it up in my book. Only 2 work out machines and a sauna as far as gym/spa. The terrace was being redone while we were there. Overall, an excellent stay and I'd do it again! Thank you Hotel Club Frances, you made our Baires stay very special!

The exceptional attentiveness of the staff and courtesy extended us was really remarkable. The property has a lot of good aspects but it was the staff that impressed me the most.

Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Dinner good. Room dated. Service fair. In the 6 nights stay the towels and sheets were not changed.

Beautiful historic hotel, a lot of character, located at the best area of Buenos Aires, walkable to many landmarks

We chose the hotel becayse of its location and history. Reception and restaurant staff excellent. Very disappointed with room facilities. Never stayed in a hotel where water in room wasn't standard and this was supposedly had a 5 star rating. The cost of the hotel booking through Expedia was very expensive. We also stayed at another hotel in Buenos Aires later on where the facilities in the room were superior and it was cheaper. Dinner was good, breakfast adequate. A disappointing experience sadly.

Superb hotel from its location to quality & customer service. Reception staff found out it was my husband’s birthday & surprised us with a tray of pastries. Such attention to detail!
