We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast and lunch were delicious. We highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Great hotel. Could use some updating and the windows are so thin that you can hear everything outside, and every buzzing of motos, all night long. But that's a big Latin American city. The location was fantastic and the staff was great, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, but I'd ask for a room not on the street side.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The location was very nice for walking around town and finding good restaurants.

The room was comfortable but with lots of street noise. The shower water was very low pressure and it was difficult to get hot water to flow through the shower.

Nice neighborhood. Perhaps invest in better insulated windows and sliding doors. At night traffic is somewhat loud.

Everyone was very nice & friendly. Yamile, at restaurant for breakfast, was very attentive and on top of things, making sure we had everything we needed. Sneider(think that's how it's spelled) night front desk attendant, was very nice also. Anything we needed, he helped us. Everyone on the staff, but Yamile & Sneider, were the 2 we interacted the most, they went above and beyond & needs to be mentioned. Will definitely be back. Bed was a little hard.

Overall stay was perfect for what i needed. Staff was excellent as well as the service. Hotel is nice spacious rooms but they need to update a little. Toilet seat was broken. Water knobs were loose in shower and in sink. Other than a few fixes everything was great. Oh and the bed was very stiff. The mattress felt like sleeping on a board.

We stay at the property for 11 day first time , we love the service and people are very friendly, very clean everywhere , staff are very friendly and helpful too . The only change I would ask is for more varieties with food at breakfast and well in general. But still give them 5 stars because everything else was perfect.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable con excelentes restaurantes cerca; la atención del personal es excelente, es una habitación muy cómoda y el desayuno es un buffet muy bueno, sin lugar a dudas regresaremos.

The staff at the front desk and dining area were very friendly and helpful. The room is a little out dated but plenty of space. The one big problem I had was that the maid on the 5th floor decided to go shopping in my luggage. I noticed missing from my suitcase was; 4 of my bras, bug repellent, sunblock and some of my snacks. I complained to the front desk but thought someone from management would come take to me but they never did. I think it was only the maid on the 5th floor because others in my group stayed on differently floors and non of there suitcases were touched. I just hate being violated like that. If it wasn’t for that my stay would have been pleasant. After that to have a peace of mind I just requested no one to enter my room. Hopefully management deal with the maid theft.

Excellent hotel, one feels at home, the staff is very friendly and respectful. the breakfast is wonderful and the homemade lunch is exquisite.
