The staffs are friendly. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious, with beautiful views on both sides. Every room has a bathtub. It is suitable for a staycation or a relaxing vacation. There is a swimming pool and a fitness room, but we didn't use them because the bed sucked a lot. We will definitely come back to stay again. We feel comfortable every time we go home.

So so I think, the hospitality not good enough, fnb team can not speak english, breakfast 6/10, but the room is quite large with city view. For 5 star hotel I think their services can more than this hopefully more better.
