the bedsheets are stained. bad experience . broken customer hair dryer but in denial condition . easily charge stained tower to customer but no action is taking about the destroying customer stuff. be careful if staying this hotel .

The hotel no have provide parking. Find parking time 30min.

I found this hotel since 2012 and since then every time visits Malaysia I always stay here, it's outside KL not many traffic quiet and many restaurants around, the room is clean the staff also nice and friendly.

The only friendly staff I ordered was a Japanese model room but a separate toilet, there were only rooms for showering. The AC is also old, the AC noise is noisy like a tractor engine. It's normal. There is nothing special.

Room is old and got old molding smell. Bedsheets are not clean and got blood stains at the corner sheets, and i suspect got bed bugs as it get itchy sometimes. Common toilet is so not worth it. Needs an upgrade. Japanese room so not worth it.
