The bars only a few property's down are open all night and make the BEST pizza. The lobby bar has 24h espressos and everyone speaks English (as well French, Spanish and German). The room was basic, but the ocean view is beautiful and work it. The included breakfast was also basic but great that it was open till 130pm on days we slept in.

I forgot some jewelry in my room after checkout and immediately called to make a report. After no follow up I called again and was told that no report had been made and to email instead. After multiple emails and call and no reply I have not been able to receive my belongings back for almost 2 weeks now.

The perfect place to stay in Palma! An oasis in a great location. Loved every minute of it!

The hotel was really nice, the brunch buffet has lots of options, food was tasty and was close to the beach. I would recommend this hotel and also come back for sure. Just one thing botthered me, there was no water to refil your bottles after breakfast was closed, what was not nice since was over 36 degrees, and according to the staff, you cant drink tap water. Overall, was a good time.

Good hotel if you want to party, but if you aren’t 18 years old then don’t stay here. The rooms are subpar, didn’t feel clean, and we were kept up all night by people screaming in the hallways and outside. Breakfast was ok but had a lot of options. Staff checking us in were very good - friendly and accommodating.

The lobby is very nice and then u get to the room and it’s the biggest catfish of ur life. the bathroom was pretty gross. the blankets were so itchy that i acc got a rash on my neck. we asked for a towel and we had to beg for an extra towel. we went down for check out and there was a big line. we wanted to put our baggage away the last day so we can walk around but it’s just a free for all, hotel guests just going in and out no organization and anyone can just steal ur bag that way. the cleaning lady was also rude. just all together a pretty meh experience. would recommend one not staying in palma and two just going to a hotel where u know what ur going to get!

The people working there, especially those behind the desk and in the bar are all so nice and helpful! It’s a nice hotel overall with good breakfast and a quite big pool, loved it! It’s also very close to the beach and has washing- and drying machines, a big plus

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic—such a lovely way to start the day! My only small wish is that they wouldn’t close the pool so early.

The all-you-can-eat brunch was amazing! The temperature control device did not allow us to change the temperate, only the intensity. The pool area was nice. The gym was also nice. The proximity to the airport, the beach, and to the Palma was very pleasant. Overall, had a very pleasant stay at Tent Bahia de Palma. Would stay there again.

The bedroom was very spacious and clean. However air-conditioning didn't work making the room really hot. Staff are friendly and lovely to speak to would definitely stay here again if I were in Spain

The room needs repainting but it was clean and the room service ladies tidied the room nicely and changed the towels every single day. Brunch was lovely-everyone finds his/her favourite food here.

We checked in to this property and were impressed with the main level amenities. It is budget and gives hostel vibes, but the renovations are well done. We checked into a room on the 7th floor. It was very small and there was feces left on the toilet seat and gunk on the side of the sink. We cleaned it off ourselves without letting the staff know. Our room was located right across from the elevator, which was broken. And not broken like it was not functioning - they still have the elevator in service but it made a terrible sound, similar to a drill. We were asleep by 10pm due to jet lag and the elevator woke me up through ear plugs. It kept going to the point where we went down to the front desk to request a new room as we were staying for an extra 8 nights. The staff member was dismissive, and said "oh ya, the elevator company won't come to fix it." They were well aware that the elevator was making the noise and was broken but still didn't put it out of service, and placed us in a room right outside. We were relocated to a new room on the 5th floor, and packed up our things at midnight. Once we got to our room, the walls are so thin that we could hear the entire conversation in the room right beside us. To the point where we contacted Expedia with our disappointment. Expedia contacts were all so kind and helpful, we are so grateful for their support. Overall - if you're in S'Arenal for a party / don't plan to be in the hotel, you should be fine. If not, do not book here.

Our hotel room was full of long black hair all over the floor (neither of us have black hair) and the tv remote in the room was coated in something disgusting/filthy clumps. I was terrified I was going to wake up with bed bugs.
