I had to change the date of my reservation by one day, they were booked that day and would not cancel I had to pay full price for a night I did not use !! Atleast half would have been fair

Great property, walkable with lots of dining options. Close proximity to beach and shopping. Public bus station less than 10 minute walk.

Excellent location. Excellent staff & service. Room new, clean, AC, fridge, great balcony overlooking town & sea. Breakfast had fantastic choice, very fresh. Great value for what was paid overall. Bus station less than 5 mins walk to go elsewhere or to/from airport. Nothing to say negative, everything was perfect.

Totally enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, comfortable and accessible to everything nearby. Had a wonderful desk clerk who was very helpful with our needs and recommended a great restaurant. Would surely stay here again when in Chaina.

Property is clean and well maintained while being in a central location. Impressed with the staff in knowing their guests. I had requested a scheduled taxi for an early morning departure. I realized I hadn't given them my name or room number, but still received a call from reception when the cab arrived. That was impressive customer service.

This hotel was a breath of fresh air. It felt brand new and had all the touches to make your stay comfortable. It is also in prime location and is the best place to stay in Chania. The bus to the beach is right close by, one is right across the street. The receptionist are so thoughtful, kind and friendly and makes your stay so pleasant. The breakfast is by far one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The lady at the breakfast area was very attentive to my needs and offered to prepare something for me because I’m vegetarian. I highly recommend this place and I’m hard to please.

Great and very central hotel! Super duper friendly staff, and the main reason for this good review is jus that, the staff. Everyone from receptionists to the cleaning folks was top notch! The rooms are okay, maybe not the most stylish ones, kind of simple yet modern, if anyone cares about that. Good bed and AC

We loved this hotel. The location is perfect for anyone needing the central bus station and it’s also close to the Old Town. The reception staff are very friendly and although we left very early, around 4,30 am, they still had a pack lunch for us to take with us. Rooms are comfortable too. Very positive experience.
