Dirty room , the room was smelling so bad

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

This is totally me of the best experiences I’ve had in Brazil - and I’ve visited Brazil for over 20 years. And, to my pleasant surprise, I was given a complimentary upgrade to an amazing room. Wow - thank you. And their breakfast is phenomenal, especially since I really love pamonha (sweet or salty).

Bom custo benefício

O local fornece um berço portátil, então para quem vai com criança é bom. No entanto, o atendimento do pessoal da recepção deixa bem a desejar, não são simpáticos e parecem que sempre estão fazendo um favor para os clientes. Só o manobrista foi atencioso. Além de que emitiram minha NF errada e simplesmente não respondem mais.

Hotel faltando administração

Já havia me hospedado por várias vezes qd era o Mercure que era excelente , agora mudou a rede e achei que a manutenção do hotel está ficando a desejar , o vaso sanitário estava solto , faltando parafuso , alguns detalhes que pode voltar a ser oq era antes . Mas de resto não tenho nada a reclamar mto bom

Achei tudo excelente, apenas uma funcionária mal humorada, que sequer respondia a um bom dia, bem diferente dos outros.

Café da manhã excelente! Quarto e banheiro grandes, chuveiro excelente, porém mobilia precisando de uma reforma, percebe-se desgaste das portas do banheiro, pela provável umidade! Mas pelo custo benefício , valeu a pena! E voltaria sim!
