Our room was very dark. There was no furniture other than the bed. We asked for a chair and were given a table chair. while the room was clean, and kept clean, and the staff were just fine, we wouldn't recommend the hotel. Also the TV channel selections were minimal.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff. Lobby is very inviting and a comfortable atmosphere. Rooms were very clean and fresh smelling. Room was very well decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, cereals, bread and bagels…..oh, and waffle machines for the bonus. Location was easy to get to and ample parking. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Well done to the staff.

Hampton Inn and Suites are always a consistent hotel no matter where you go. Friendly check in, clean big rooms and an awesome breakfast to start the day.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room layout was spacious. Breakfast was very busy, but the staff kept everything well stocked.

The hotel was nice and central, the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We only stayed the one night, but would definitely stay again.

Bel hôtel! Propre

Just finished a 2 night stay (2 rooms per night for our family). Had a typical two queen room - zero complaints. Second room was the larger suite with bar and family room. Pros - bathroom was huge and the family room gave everyone a place to hang out at the end of the day. Cons - the king bed had clearly been repaired unsuccessfully and it was so squeaky that even moving your head left or right made noise. Imagine that all night long. Also, the furniture could use an update plus the fabric couches had a few questionable stains. The really nice shower had the tile surround broken in two places and I assume it was from a previous person dropping the hand held shower handle against the glass tiles. So, completely broken glass tiles with sharp edges exposed. Now, you’d have to purposefully try to cut yourself on it, and it was easy to avoid. Full marks for the great big parking spaces and top notch breakfast. Always clean and options refilled. Best breakfast so far on this two week road trip. Would definitely return.

The staff were amazing and helpful, we were travelling by motorcycle and ran into inclement weather and they invited us in and allowed us to use the amenities while we were waiting for our room, lots of helpful suggestions too. Lovely people

The beds were getting old and not very comfortable

Our room had a strong unpleasant odour, likely caused by the old, stained carpet, which bunched up in spots. We were given a new room, which was marginally better, but still had a strong, musty odour. The bed linens were clean, but the mattresses very saggy.

Great room and location

Great stay! Friendly stay, Fun water slide and a good breakfast.

Breakfast not good - have previously stayed and it was great, last two stays have been mediocre at best. Damage in the rooms including lamps that didn’t work, missing microwave, mould in shower. Staff very unhelpful on last two stays - once had a credit card charge that they claimed was not them so I cancelled my card only to have the hotel reverse it after all (so it WAS them). This time my address was wrong on my receipt and they told me they can’t fix it, which is a challenge for getting my work expenses paid
