The very pleasant room maid was the only thing good about this place. Everything else was either mediocre or lousy. Do not stay here.

Great location right at the beach. The pool is also awesome and beautiful overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Very family friendly too.

This hotel is beautiful. The location is really nice right on the beach with nice walks nearby. There aren’t many bars or clubs directly around the hotel which suited us but may not suit other people. The hotel is immaculately clean. The entertainment team are lovely and full of energy. They organise activities like aqua fit and tai chi plus games by the pool during the daytime. There was great entertainment each evening like Flamenco dancing and Cuban bands. The bar staff are really lovely. They always have a smile on their face, especially Antonio who is really friendly. Nothing is a trouble for them. The restaurant staff are also very pleasant and professional. There is a reasonable choice of food. Sometimes it is not very hot but there is a microwave to heat it. Two chefs do food to order and that is nice and hot. Usually burgers, hot dogs and stir fry’s.

Hotel Negresco has a wonderful staff who can't do enough to help guests - in several languages! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food options are varied and delicious. The rooms are well appointed - and the sea views wonderful. My only complaint was the weather - four days of POURING rain - but the hotel is not responsible for that!

Big issue with Parking. It says available, but only limited spaces. I was forced to park 1 mile away on street parking, as many other guests.

Disgusting property with hair in the shower, dirty & worn out towels, bedsheets with holes. the 1st allotted room was stinking so bad. in the 2nd room the washroom was disgusting, didnt even dare to enter. there was hair in towel. bedsheets were stinking. coudnt change the hotel because reached around midnight. It was the worst experience which ruined my travel experience. I am so surprised how is the hotel still running!

Excellent peaceful location should be made into a adult only with no gangs of hens or stags it's got the location and the feel of an adult only

Pool was overlooking the sea. Fantastic view. Food was better than ok but not fantastic. However, its was the best value for money for families such as ours half board. Would definitely consider all inclusive next time !

Hotel was in great location and views fantastic over bay. Staff very helpful and friendly but Im afraid the food let this hotel down. There was a good selection but it wasn't warm enough on a few occasions.

Hotel was nice and clean with good food and service. Downside was electrical issues with our room lights tripping several times during our stay, requiring an electrician to reset each time. Other guests complained about the same issues.

The location is great, very close to the sea with a pool that overlooks the sea. Better for people looking for a more relaxing stay as it is a couple of kilometers from downtown Salou.

This hotel is awesome place for those looking to have comfort, seafront hotel and silents. If you need more quite neighborhood than Salou, it is your place. But it is not too far away from Salou anyway. You can take a taxi, ride a bus, or walk for 20-30 minutes(of course, depends where are you going). They have a bus stop around the corner, which is a big plus. From this bus stop you can get almost anywhere (to Salou, Cambrills, Tarragona,etc) You even can get to Barcelona airport for 16,90 euros on the bus (price is for 1 person, one-way). Moreover, many people will appreciate BUSPLANA office ticket next door where you can buy all kind of excursions, airport transfers (by bus), T-10 prepaid bus card, which will save you lots of money (it will cost only 1,20 euros per person per trip vs. full price, which is almost double, or even more: like trip to Tarragona is 3 euros if you will pay to a bus driver. And you do not need a card for each person. With only 1 card you can pay for each person who travels with you. I highly recommend this card if you are planning on using a bus couple of times) Big heads up for drinks during dinner/supper time. They DO NOT offer any kind of drinks, NOT EVEN WATER! Everything is for purchase only! However, surprisingly enough at breakfast they offer variety of champagne for free! And they do offer free water, tea, coffee. They have 2 buildings. Some rooms will have a sea view. They advertise that for 12 euros you can upgrade for a seaview.

The hotel is newly refurbished so looks lovely but that's where it ends . I honestly can eat anything but this even beat me . The food is shocking , cold and at best warm , there will be a death if something is not done about the way the show cooking is done, and this is no joke,in the 7 days we were there. The cook would handle cooked chicken and raw chicken with the same fork, cook raw chicken with cooked burgers , everyone was complaining but nothing done look on there Facebook page fore photo evidence . Please don't judge this hotel from the past as it truly has changed for the worst . Really big shame they,be made this hotel lovely only to poison its guest

The hotel has just been refurbished so all very clean , bar staff good as is the drinks which are branded, the food is bad , cold to warm , they cook meat, burgers ,fish in front of you BEWARE cooked chicken next to raw chicken, same forks picking up raw chicken ants cooked , burgers raw inside , majority of guests complaining but no one gives a dam , people who have been here 5 times before cant believe the change , would not stay again
