The best Hotel I‘ve ever been! So beautiful and clean and the staff was amazing. Next to the beach and about 5-10 min by foot to the center.

The hotel is good overall, simple but ok. The ac works ok , the amenties are nice and clean and the pool is great. Location is very good . The food is not the best , and breakfast also not the best . The only weird thing is that , they do not offer water - even tho is 3000 degrees and the only free water is at breakfast - The water is made in mud filter - which is very healthy yes … but the water taste like … MUDD. when the guest service person asked us during breakfast if we had any criticism and we mentioned the above, she looked at me and my fiancé and said - well maybe you both do not like healthy things - which was pretty rude and bizarre . Totally tone deaf .

A great place to stay. Only reason it lost one star is that the room said it slept 3 people. When they found out I had a friend coming, they split my king size bed into two beds.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially. Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters). The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped. Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of times. Perhaps something fell down in translation but I thought they promised to send someone to fix it each time I spoke to them only for no action/repair to be taken. Eventually the repair man came back to my room directly with me on my last reception visit. The issue was fixed in less than 10 minutes which made it all the more frustrating that it hadnt been fixed sooner

Our stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! We actually booked two stays over the course of several weeks during our stay in Brazil. Everything from the food, customer service, and friendly people of Itacare was wonderful!!!! We will definitely return.

Excelente hotel. Muito confortável, com bom café da manhã. Quartos espaçosos! Ambiente muito bonito e jardinado. Petiscos do bar deixaram a desejar um pouco mas nada grave. Com certeza voltaria.

Hotel fantástico, quarto grande, cama extremamente confortável, acomodações bem limpas. Hotel de frente para o mar (praia da concha), em uma excelente localização, próxima a rua pituba, mirante do xaréu, e das praias urbanas. As áreas comuns do hotel são lindas, o restaurante é ótimo, o café da manhã é perfeito, com muitas opções que variam diariamente. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e prestativa durante toda a viagem. Recomendamos e com certeza voltaremos ao hotel em um futuro breve.

Muito insatisfeita com a honestidade do hotel que não foi transparente em dizer que tinha uma manutenção sendo feito na piscina. Infelizmente esperaram para nos avisar que não teria piscina disponível apenas após o checkin. Nada foi feito para tentar reparar isso, apenas ofereceram um day uso em outro hotel que custava 50 reais, sendo que ficamos hospedados por vários dias. Poderia ter sido oferecido um desconto, um upgrade de quarto, um jantar ou qualquer coisa que o hóspede se sentisse menos lesado. Mas pelo contrário, o hotel estava bem cheio, pais com crianças e eles simplesmente não fizeram nada. Todo mundo foi pego de surpresa. Além disso notamos que toalha boa só foi colocada no primeiro dia. Nos demais dias a qualidade deixou muito a desejar. A comunicação do hotel também piorou muito comparada com 2 anos atrás, qdo nos hospedamos pela primeira vez.

Lugar incrível! Eu amei tudo. Sem defeitos! Recomendo muito.
