I have asked for 1 double bed and got 2 twins bed together making one double. The towel was not changed looks to me that the cleaning ladies just fixed the bed every morning

Frustada ao chegar no hotel! Não tem elevador para subir c as malas, recepcionista nada agradável, fui colocada em um quarto que não havia sido limpo e que o A/c não estava funcionando! Tive que ser relocada de quarto! Extremamente caro para o que oferece! Não ficarei novamente.

First step on the second floor stair is dangerous. I tripped two times!

Very frustrating ro find out there is no elevator on property. My room was on the 3rd floor. Going up by stairs with luggage and everytime you return was really tiring. The staff is alwYs very pleasant

The staff were all friendly and it is in a great location just a block from a wonderful beach. There was some sort of construction happening on the roof directly above our room so every morning, including on the weekend, we were woken up at 7:30 to the sounds of a power saw and heavy objects being dropped on our ceiling. Seeing as how the hotel did not feel at all full, they could have moved us to a different room without this inconvenience. The rooftop pool area was nice and the breakfast was fine. The bathroom was small and cramped and the shower temperature was all over the map. It was fine for a couple nights as a base to explore the area but not the most comfortable of hotels overall.

My wife and I left the next day. I had to carry our luggage to the third floor becasuse they had no stuff to help us just the girl on the front desk.

Foi ótima minha estadia nesse hotel, chekin super tranquilo, todo pessoal ótimo, simpático a todo o período da reserva!

Infelizmente fiquei somente dois dias... Comércios variados ao redor; acesso fácil ao Convento da Penha que tem uma paisagem belíssima; também à fábrica e museu de chocolate Garoto. A praia é linda!!!! Tentarei voltar e ficar mais dias para aproveitar tudo!!

Hotel com alguns pontos a serem melhorados, como infraestrutura, por exemplo, pelo valor esperava uma infraestrutura no mínimo ok, me deparei com paredes em alguns pontos sem tinta e vaso sanitário vazando água pelo banheiro. Notei também lençois e toalhas manchadas, o que dá a sensação de desleixo por parte do cliente.

Atendimento excelente, café da manhã maaaravilhoso, próximo à praia,perto de vários comércios , mas…só fiquei surpresa qdo reservei um quarto de luxo, e era mais simples de todos os hotéis q já me hospedei

Foi muito bom estar lá.. Todos muito educados. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Tudo bem limpinho e cheiroso. Porém meu chek-in demorou 1 hora pq o quarto ainda não estava pronto,aí tivemos que aguardar esse tempo até que estivesse pronto.

Minha estadia foi excelente do começo ao fim. Todos os profissionais do locas são super atenciosos e educados. Que for para aquela região não irá se arrepender de se hospedar neste hotel. Eu super recomendo!

No geral o hotel é muito bom, porém não tem elevador e fiquei no terceiro andar, pelo preço da diária deveria ter esse conforto.
