We stayed at The Okura Prestige Bangkok and find myself thrown back to many years ago. I was here for a full business meeting activity, and I found everything is still the same with their best offers and best service during our leisure and business schedule. We really loved our stay here at The Okura, especially my "Ibuk kecil" who was always amazed with this trip and my arrangements. It was so amazing to have an experience again here in The Okura, as we spent all night with deep sleep, which shows that our stay was very comfortable. Their pool on the 25th floor also had the best view for swimming, with the degree of warm water and no eye irritation. I felt all pleasure and beauty. Again, I have to say it was a perfect stay, and we enjoyed our stay with their excellent service and also more varied optional breakfast in the very heart of Bangkok City. I and my "Ibuk kecil" will definitely recommend this hotel to all who need accommodation in the heart of the busy area of Bangkok city, and feel their amazing service. This hotel is incredibly clean and super comfortable. The room is really spacious, and all the staff are so friendly—it honestly feels like a second home.

Good, okay. It may be a bit confusing to get in because the check-in floor is on the 24th floor. I'm not sure if the ground floor is an office floor or not, but there is a Boots and 7/11 near the mall. It's convenient to travel. The food is very good, better than I thought. It's better than many 5-star hotels. The hotel may not be very big, but overall I'm impressed.

gym was great, including the pool. international breakfast buffet had many options! first time staying in The okura. would love to come back on the next trip. Origami on turn down service simple and nice touch. Everything including amenities and facilities inside the hotel was absolutely worth the price.

wifi a bit slow, location is perfect, all the staff was very professional and helpful. many variety for breakfast buffet. haven’t try room dining menu, overall satisfaction.

Instead of going to Marina Bay Sand, going here is only half the price but the swimming pool has a wonderful view, in the morning you can choose 2 Japanese restaurants or eat a delicious and varied buffet every day. In the hotel lobby there is a lavender garden so you don't need essential oils but still have a natural fragrance.

Hence the fact that a false fire alarm went off 6am the morning of my check out, causing me to talk down 29 flights of stairs; I still find the service of the hotel staff, from top to bottom, very impressive. The staff members that I came into contact with were all very nice and mindful. They deserve all the credits for making the stay amazing. The hotel room, although I can tell was not brand new, is kept very tidy and convenient. Love the large desk and having the options of black out screens and bath salts. Bed and pillows were very large and comfy. The continental breakfast buffet was ample and comforting, especially after waking up suddenly and walking down lots of stairs.

The receptionist warmly greeted and welcomed me. Every staff member especially the front office staff with whom I came in contact with was attentive and helpful. I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing. I really love this hotel. I’ll definitely come again in my next trip, room is comfortably big, breakfast is amazing. Swimming pool is very very beautiful. Location is perfect beside BTS, across the street is a shopping mall. Overall I love this hotel.

Endeavor courteous staff, a good housekeeper, butler and housekeeping very good. Held out of bed every room.
