The hotel was certainly quirky but we enjoyed our stay. We had a personal patio exclusive to our room (101) which, while enclosed, did mean we could have fresh air and had an outdoor space to sit. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel reception is not staffed 24/7 but contact is available at a nearby sister hotel. As we used the remote check in we didn't actually need to see anyone on arrival. The down side was when the WI-FI went down on day 2 of our trip, there was no easy way to raise this and get it restored. We had a reduced mobile signal in our room so this was a nuisance but not a disaster. The roof terrace was very pleasant to sit on but was only open on 1 of the 3 nights we stayed. The location was excellent for visiting the old town and is a real plus for the property. If we return to Valencia we would have no problem using this hotel again

The location I booked was under renovations, I was moved to another one of their properties. The location was great and very clean.

La habitación estaba muy sucia, incluso había una cucaracha muerta dentro de la habitación y mucho polvo. Nada parecido a las imágenes y demasiado alto el precio para lo que es. Igualmente no tiene mucha luz, todo es muy obscuro.

Great location,room was clean and had 2 bathrooms for 2 beds with an adjouing door.. So was perfect for a a mother and son. Didnt have breakfast

No AC in my room, wifi did not work, key card kept failing to work, door pinpad did not work, struggle to check in, no windows in my room, not enough lights in the room and in hallways. Felt like I was trapped

I think their "Superior" room upgrades are just the same rooms but priced higher. There is no proof suggesting otherwise. I even reached out to the hotel and never received a response. No person ever at front desk. Not at all "soundproof" as advertised. Terrace with access for everyone that I asked about before booking was locked and inaccessible. Self check in kiosk has a terrible user interface.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Room was clean but small. Could use extra mirror above desk and 2 bed side tables. Would stay here again

Rooms are cool and stylish. Great location. Check in was somewhat of a nightmare. You have to check in at a location separate from the hotel which you have booked. There was no staff available at the hotel and they didn't answer the phones. The woman at the desk where you have to go was very unfriendly and rude. Upon booking it said that a hot tub and cafe was at the hotel, which is not the case.

Very good location, in the heart of everything. Check in was appalling. No staff at reception. Had no code to enter hotel, lucky other guests were about to let us in. Rooms not ready for check in when we arrived. Bed and toilet facilities generally clean but room could have with a bit of attention.

The location is great and walking around everywhere easily.

The room was very dirty. They gave us very, very small room, absolutly different than the photos.

The hotel has a reception only until 2:30 p.m., after that check-in is in another building that is 6 minutes away (it's not much, but walking with suitcases is a lot) AND NO ONE WARNED US, this is a clear mistake from EXPEDIA. The Wi-Fi is TERRIBLE and the cleaning staff is very attentive and friendly, but the people at the reception (in both buildings) are very unresponsive. On the 2nd day they warned that there would be no hot water for 4 hours, and the terrace is under repair. It has been restored to new, and it is beautiful, the rooms are super small, and the sink is outside the bathroom, on the other side of the bed (it is crazy to go out with dirty hands and cross the entire room to wash, it is clearly poorly designed ). The best thing about it is the location, because it is right in the center, close to everything.
