Hotel said it had a bar, it did not, breakfast wasnt the best wouldnt of filled u up. Staff quute helpful on desk and rang a taxi fir me to get to airport, most places were within walking distance bout 15 -20 mins to xmas markets. Bed was ok bit uncomfortable but overall

Terrible hotel. Mattress was full of stains from previous guests most likely having sexual relations, leaving their sperm on the mattress, completely dirty. Mattress looked like from First World War. No breakfast was available at all. I trusted previous reviews but did not expect it the be ground zero hotel. I will never stay there and it was waste of money.

There was a heavy bad smell in the room , furnitures are way too old. Ac was not working properly and we could not sleep at night at all.

This is a charming little hotel. Everything is functioning properly. It is not too far from the bus station. Unfortunately, they have closed their restaurant and bar. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay there again.

Check in was fine and room clean. Theue waz a mug on the table however there was no kettle & tea/coffee. The balcony looked out to an overgrown garden and two run down tower blocks. The bathroom was clean with a powerful shower over the bath.

The room was hot and couldn’t set to a lower temperature. The bath room door was hard to lock and unlock

Stayed 2 nights for short trip in Sofia. Location is good, walk distance to old city as well as main railway station. WIFI is fast enough.
