Fantastic Appartment. Old Town of Gdansk .walking distance to everywhere. I was so happy there.

The communications with Expedia and owner of the apartment was horrible. I was charged two extra nights despite numerous phone calls and promises to fix the problem. I called before arriving two Gdansk and spent money on long distance calls. I was put on hold many times And they still charged me those two extra nights. I

Appartment for supposedly 4 people with only two single beds and a couch that doesn't pull out!! Toilet stopped working after only a few hours of our stay. Called the property management and the rental office multiple times. Was told someone would come to fix it. No one showed up during our 3 night stay. Very disappointing!!!

Definitely NOT recommend this apartment agency to anyone. I was given a different apartment address from the place I choose and confirmed online - instead of being on Old Town to being over a kilometer away from Old Town. The living room chair/couch was nasty/dirty with fluid stains and burnt damage. It was very inconvenient to look for the agency office to sign-in for the key to the property several kilometers away on the opposite side of Old Town Gdansk.

Apartment looks nothing like the web site picking up keys took quite a hike apartment had electric sockets hanging off the walls we had to clean shower head twice to stop it spraying horizontally over an electrical socket as well getting clean picking up the keys involved a mugging as nobody mentioned a deposit or additional money for additional bed (blow up ) window blinds were missing l could go on all day but it’s easier to say don’t go with your wife and children there will be tears absolutely disgusting

The location was the best you could ask for. The apartment itself was spacious, airy and clean. We were disappointed to be given only one towel each to do us for our week's stay. We weren't given any details on how to get into the property, and as no one in the office was answering the phone, we had to find a taxi and get him to take us to a hotel for the night. This was an unexpected expense, and the hotel room added another 300pln to the cost of our holiday, with the cost of taxis over and above.

Itried to call to advise my arrival. nobody answered for several times. Finally I could reach them and then they said there is no reservation. I had enough, that 's it, i will try to arrange a real hotel at the last minuate, because obviously the did not find the reservation. When I looked at my phone at 19,00 pm, I saw that they answered now that the key would be there and there. Too late because I was already in the newly searched hotel. If they charge me now these 2 days it is not right and absolute disaster. They cannot charge but telling me on the phone that there is no reservation. I don t agree to pay for this.

We arrived at our first apartment and it looked clean, tidy and what was needed for a 3 day break. Then I sat on the bed and the bed frame was broken with the mattress not supported. Also the t.v. didn't work either would just be nice to have it on as we pottered around. Me being tall my wife had to sleep on the broken side. We emailed and called the office numerous times but no answer. After being out and about all day a nice hot shower would do the trick but no hot water!! The heat in the room made that better but still after travelling and walking around all day a shower was needed. The company emailed me back the next day providing a contact number, we asked to be moved to a new apartment immediately or we wanted a full refund. Now I know the money we paid was a really good deal but still an unsatisfactory bed and no hot water?! They decided to move us about a 10 min walk away and the apartment was lovely, twice the size of the existing and a nice working tv. Wish they had put us there in the first place but it was probably more money. I tried the heat and water but yes guess..no hot water. I had to call them again and chase for them to come and sort it out. We left the room to head out came back and thank god we had heat and hot water, we had a nice stay for the night but it put a sour taste in our mouths.

Nice and cosy flat, as described, fully furnished, no pans in the kitchen but overall a pleasant experience

To get the key needed to take tram both ways, without clear instructions. If I did not speak Polish, it Would be tough. Apartment had minimum of towels available , no paper towel, no tea bags as in every other apartment. Access through a back door, unpleasant at night, While front door Exists with a Code.

Apt was nice, but there was no directions on how to get into the unit when picking up keys. You had to go in back door, and supplied buzzer codes did not work.

Great location! View of Main Hall tower, right off Royal Walk. Up 53 stairs, if that's an issue. Only complaint is not easily reaching Apartinfo to have them tell me where to check in, which is ul. Chmielna 26. Karolina at office was great. Suggest getting rate from taxi drivers. From airport was 80 zl, back was 120 zl due to different companies.

Very pleased, modern, clean and well equipped apartment in new block 7 minutes walk from centre of old town. Supermarket and currency exchange close by. Quiet area but close enough to town, plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Good Wi-Fi in apartment. Towels and bedding provided. Apartment had everything including washing machine and dishwasher, very powerful shower, all clean and new.

Awful experience. No curtains in bedrooms, two towels provided for 4 people, shower was unusable, awful smell in apartment. Avoid at all costs.

We stayed in a studio apartment 5 minutes walk away from the old town centre. The well-equipped kitchen and bedroom were all in one large room, with an ensuite bathroom. The place was modern and simply but effectively decorated. Only two problems: 1) There is a small-print fee to pay when you arrive at the apartment, in addition to the Expedia price. 2) It took us about an hour(!) to find the apartment on arrival. This is because we were only told the street number, not the apartment block nor the room number, let alone the code to get into the building! So only after several calls backwards and forwards did they finally let us know where to go and how to get in. Once we were in and paid the up-front fee, everything went smoothly.

The apartment iyself was lovely and perfectly positioned above the main street. It was, however, located directly above a strip club, the noise from which kept us awake. Furthermore, the "cleaning charge" payable on arrival and in addition to the price was inexcusable. There is no reception and it was difficult to arrange the 'clandestine' meeting to collect the key. I would not recommend.

3 night stay in Gdansk. Great location for the Old town, river and bars. Would definitely recommend it.
