Air condition was not work. Unbelievable

Very comfortable room with beautiful view and balcony. Good amenities and bathroom. Perhaps a simple set of plates and cutlery would be useful for travellers? The staff are amazing - so helpful as we coordinated a visit with our young son. We loved it so much we have just booked a return stay with extended family. This is a gem, our favourite place in St Malo.

We booked this at the last minute. The room was lovely, bar was great. Very good location by the sea and near the city walls with good parking.

Everything about the property was displeasing to us. The room was so small and dark and the bathroom was so small and disorganized it was repulsive to us. We did not stay! We packed up our bags and moved out. In addition parking was in a neighboring dirt lot a block away. So profoundly disappointing!

The hotel is amazing. The room was beautiful with the most stunning view. The restaurant was brilliant with very tasty food. But most of all the staff were all so kind and helpful.

Bel hôtel de taille humaine, chambre tres confortable, tres bonne literie et bien équipée. Petit déjeuner diversifié se prenant dans une salle en front de mer. Le spa est un vrai plus pour cet hôtel.

Spotless room, very polite and kind staff. The hotel amenities are fantastic. You’re a bit of a walk into town but it’s a nice walk along the beach. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a very quick stop gap, arriving late at night and leaving very early. We did not have time to use facilities, but from what I experienced, the hotel was very nice. Rooms were good, very well kept and nicely designed. Staff were very friendly and helped us organise a taxi for the morning (despite it being 10pm on a Sunday night and having to ring around 6 or 7 taxi firms!). If I re-vist St Malo, I'd definitely stay here again.

Very nice

The ocean view from our room was spectacular, a great way to take in the impressive tidal swings of Saint-Malo. The location couldn't be better for wandering the beach and for walking into the town walls. This is a top-notch operation and it shows in every aspect. Saint-Malo exceeded our expectations and so did this hotel, hope to be back one day!
