Great base for our expeditions, lack of pool forced us to get out of the hotel for 12 hours a day. Very friendly staff and super clean.

Good breakfast

Great hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with good space for a family of four. The staff were very attentive and the hotel was clean and tidy. The staff are a credit to the hotel. The only downside is the hotel is a little from the town centre with no real walkways thus a taxi is needed to conveniently get to the city centre. Hotel is good location for gardaland.

Good value for money, the room was nice enough and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast selection was very limited, not too many options.

Everything at the Kairos was great. Breakfast is a must and overall the room family room was comfortable.

Nice property, excellent breakfast

It was a pleasure staying in this hotel. The service was above and beyond, particularly Miss Dianna at the front desk and Miss Oksana at breakfast time. The staff was wonderful and provided an excellent service, the hotel is convenient and nearby attractions for kids and families. Highly recommended, I wish we stayed there longer!

We tried to cancel/rebook our reservation because travel restrictions prevented us from traveling to Italy from the US. The hotel was completely inflexible and even claimed that the reason they were refusing to refund the reservation was because we requested the refund only on the day we were supposed to arrive. That is simply untrue. We had been in correspondence with the hotel for more than a week. The hotel may be a wonderful place to stay, but we will not go there on account of the poor way we were treated.

Convenient small Hotel if you want to visit Gardaland. Via a backroad to are there in five minutes (but only one-way street). Very helpful reception!

Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Cairo war rundum hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das äußerst freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – vor allem an der Rezeption. Die Mitarbeiter hatten stets ein offenes Ohr für meine Anliegen und haben mir jederzeit hilfsbereit und kompetent weitergeholfen. Das Zimmer war makellos sauber und in einem einwandfreien Zustand, sodass ich mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Auch das Frühstück war bestens organisiert, fand pünktlich zu den angegebenen Zeiten statt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Insgesamt war ich mit allem vollkommen zufrieden und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

hotel in posizione strategica sia per il lago ma soprattutto per i parchi. hotel molto carino, tenuto molto bene. La camera e il bagno sono grandi e accoglienti. La camera era molto pulita e anche il bagno era perfetto con tutti i confort. I letti e i cuscini sono molto comodi. La colazione è ottima, ottimi i prodotti con la giusta scelta (senza esagerare) e anche la qualità è molto alta. Un attenzione particolare anche per i bambini che hanno il loro corner ad altezza bambino per farli sentire a loro agio. un nota speciale al personale super gentile e super attento. Veramente molto consigliato.
