The hotel has a business class air but very homely. I would like to recommend front desk Emma Chang for doing the extra mile in helping us go around the city and make our tour, stay and going back to taipei very efficiently and was able to maximize the time we were there. Emma offered us services more than what we expected for that I am giving emma 5star thumbs up service. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast food is great!
