Everything is really good. Breakfast is good. Booked 2 sea view rooms with balcony and got upgraded to 2 bedroom penthouse. Very surprised and happy. Have booked this hotel many times. Will upgrade quite often if the hotel has a room available. If there is a promotion and time, will stay again. Very impressed.

Very good service, extremely impressive during the new year, get a room for a price of 21xx baht, excluding food, normal room But reception upgrades the room to a big room, sea view, plus breakfast, free extra bed without request (3 people stay), much more than expected, if you can't get on COVID, this price is usually 5000 ++ after COVID. Probably didn't get this price, so sorry, I would like to stay for 2 nights and want to go back to stay again.

The hotel is clean, big, with a room upgrade too.

Toilet Doorknob (inside) broken on the first day we arrive, room haven’t ready inspect before giving to guests. No apologies from hotel, dirty ceiling at gym. No properly follow up. We sent email complaining about this issue, no one reply or even call for apologies.

Great hotel with private beach. Beach may be good same as Patong, or other beach in Phuket but it is very quiet. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and service mind. location is near Phuket town by car. Meal is good.

Reception staff very good care. The hotel was quiet. But only The tour came down a lot. In the morning, sitting in the dining room table together not enough.

The terms of the reservation are "No Refundable", but due to an emergency that can not be accommodated. But the hotel does not postponed. But forced to stay the same day and time.
