Clean friendly hotel but a bit out in the sticks and a bit far to travel into Lyon!! Cost a fortune in cabs

Restaurant on site was great since there are only two restaurants in walking distance - McDonald's & another. buffet breakfast was wonderful

Didn’t like that it was far from any food and commercial establishments. Staff could be friendlier

Hotel was okay but far from any sites and the only transportation methods were the train into the city for 7 euros plus 13 euros taxi fee one way, taxi to city at approx 37 euros one way. As you can see pay a little more for the hotel fees in or near the city otherwise you spend an arm and a leg for transportation. No place to eat near by except the hotel restaurant if you’re available during their hours of service.

Great hotel - in perfect location for overnight stop on the way to ski resorts from the UK

This was perfect for what we needed. A pit stop driving from the UK to Meribel for skiing. A clean comfortable basic hotel to sleep for the night with a good breakfast and on our way early the next day. We did not explore the area. Convenient for the motorway. Staff friendly and efficient.

Good location next to the Motorway as we were traveling on up to Colmar. Restaurant was very good.

Although we arrived late after restaurant closed they still prepared us a delicious steak meal and put on the euro 2016 football for us. Top service

Its not near transport and costs 50 euros to get into Lyon so don't stay here if you aren't driving.

Friendly staff good area clean restaurant nearby good and shopping mall nearby convenient in and out of highway.

I can only advise avoid staying at this hotel. I was travelling through France to the Alpes and thought that this would be a convenient stopping place. Frankly it was horrendous and a shocking start to our family holiday. The staff were rude, could see we were tired and despite the fact the restaurant was open late told us the bar was closing in 5 minutes. The room stank of cigarettes and even the wine in the fridge had turned. There were rogue hairs in the bathroom. When I complained there was no apology and the concierge blamed the adults who were worse than children!!! Breakfast was also a massive dissappointment!!!

Useful location, very simple furnishings, good breakfast. The hotel was advertised as 4*, no way would a 4* description be deserved.

Séjour de deux nuits . L’hôtel est très vieillissant . Clim non réglable dans les chambres . Salle de bains d’un autre temps mais propres . Le restaurant est vraiment limité . Le personnel a l’accueil est plutôt sympathique et souriant .

Hotel des années 70... chambres aussi... une odeur de renfermé dès l'arrivée, un lavabo bouché, un WC qui fuit avec une enorme trace de calcaire bien apparente montrant que la fuite n'est pas récente, une baignoire qui craque quand on se pose dessus pour prendre sa douche... Bref, j'ai connu bien mieux...

I was looking last minute for a hotel in/near Lyon. Due to circumstances (cancelled flights, I heared) most hotels were fully booked or tripled their prices. This hotel didn't and was just 15 minutes away from my location. It is like walking into a time machine, back to the seventies. But although dated, it was clean, in good shape and very nice staff. Next time I'm stranded in Lyon it will be my first choice.
