Mother’s Day overnight. Beautiful lobby. Kind and helpful staff at every step of our experience. And our golden retriever loves it here as well ; )

Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the Red Owl Tavern.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel. It is such a great location in Philadelphia for all the historical sights. The rooms are comfortable & colorful. The staff is professional & friendly. We’ll stay here again when we visit family in town.

Great location. Across from Liberty Bell. Safe area. Nice hotel. Safe. Clean. Very considerate and helpful staff in hotel and restaurant.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Felt taken care of during my short stay. The location is very central and walkable. Only note is that the property could use a little refreshing as it’s a bit dated.

Generally poor experience. Hotel not particularly clean and in need of a revamp. Check-in took a long time because the system was down. Check out in the morning was by an unfriendly member of staff. The vallet took over 20mins to bring me my car… which was then the wrong car. Had to wait a further 15mins for the correct car and was nearly late for my flight. All round fairly poor. Would not stay again

It was a great stay. Very convenient to all the sites. However, issue checking in and checking out. Checking in it took a while to verify I had indeed paid downpayment via Hotels.com. The hotel wanted me to pay full amount. Upon check out there was a mysterious charge. I had checked my bank prior to leaving and noticed it. Good thing I looked.

Only option is to use valet parking at an additional cost

Lovely place!!!! Unique decor, wine at 5, friendly staff. We stayed in 2 different rooms (we added a day), and the first bathroom was WAY better (I don't understand the "half glass" door in the shower. You need to step in and get all cold and wet to turn on the shower before you start!). Otherwise, I am so impressed with this place!!!

Property was convenient and had the basics of what is needed. Nice touches in the aesthetics. Does need a bit of renovating in the main areas.

I enjoyed being so close to historic Philadelphia. The hotel room was sub par. We were placed in an interior room where our window faced other hotel rooms. Something could be done in in the vacant hollow block our hotel window faced out on because it was bleak! Why even have a window? The room looked initially fine but it wasn't the cleanest. A member of the housekeeping team left a (used?) towel on the bathroom counter.

I checked in and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I also asked for a few blankets, and the man brought them up with in an hour. The room was very nice along with the bathroom. I did use the heater, and it warmed up the room quickly. I checked out without any hesitation and the staff were friendly. The hotel is close to the Independence Hall, Liberty Bell and the Hop on /off bus. I love the location of the place.

This was such a great hotel! The staff was super friendly, especially Logan the bellman was helpful when we had a couple questions. You could walk so easily to many things!
