No Lifts so can be difficult for 4th floor stay

The hotel is in a convenient Location ( once You find it) decent size rooms and bathroom We were lucky to have room ready when we arrived around early Staff was helpful to arrange taxi to airport and suggest restaurant Drawback- No sitting area to gather with other couple we were travelling with once in for the night

This is a cute old clean hotel in the heart of Rome. Check in was quick, rooms were renovated and clean and staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.

We loved the quaint and historic feel of the room. This was a very small hotel and we love that. The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the location which had plenty of places to eat and drink just outside the front door. The only disappointment was that the shower did not have a consistent supply of hot water and was nearly impossible to regulate the temperature. Travelers with mobility issues should be warned that the property does not have a lift and is located on a cobbled street that sometimes cannot be accessed via a vehicle. Overall, we ear joyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was fairly clean. Shower had a bit of mold but rest of the place was spotless. People were really nice. If you don’t like stairs this is not the place for you. But if you don’t mind that it was wonderful. Breakfast in bed every morning was a great touch. And delicious. I would strongly recommend and will be back.

Ideal location. Great sized room with terrace.

The rooms were clean, staff helpful and Friendly. Really no amenities. Shower was terrible, could not control hot and cold water, very tiny shower. One little bump to the handle and it was burning or freezing. Location was excellent. But for the price, probably would not stay there next time

The staff was extremely helpful. The only negative is there is no Elevator. The circular staircase has no hand rails on the inside and the steps are a different height between floors two and three. There are probably 50 steps from the ground floor to the third floor.

No lift So got to be fit if Rome on fourth floor

No hot water for a bath the first day. Also, the tub was very small and deep and difficult/unsafe to climb in and out of…especially for an older person

The hotel was in a great spot but limited other amenities. Our room was a reasonable size but the shower was very tiny. The staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend for short stays in Rome!

My stay was ok or good, very well located, clean, not expensive and actually the room was cute with the old stile. The only problem I did had was I could hear the room next door everything and I mean it!!! I didn’t understand because the building has so a thick wall but I could hear everything that was happening next door so, I can’t complain because as i said the room was perfect for the price in Rome on a excellent location but I was whispering to my husband at the end because i felt i could be heard.

Helpful reception and was able to get car set up on departure for airport through hotel. Need to order breakfast day before and eat in room. Stairs only for going up. Can be difficult with luggage or long day of walking.

The staff was amazing and so helpful. You can't beat the location. I would definitely stay here again!

It’s adequate and serves the purpose of having a safe place to sleep and leave your stuff while touring Rome.

The breakfast was good, air con worked well and the room was cleaned daily. Just be aware the walls are thin so can hear people next door.

Great location, friendly staff and large room. Breakfast was preordered and delivered to our room at a time we chose, very nice!

The location of this property was amazing. You had so many restaurants within walking distance. You were in the heart of a young, hip, atmosphere in the evening. The room looks just as pictured, and the balcony was wonderful. My favorite part was the high ceilings. Breakfast was always prompt, and the staff were so helpful. We truly loved our stay at this property.

My tiny room was immaculate and very quiet, with a well appointed bathroom. Very helpful check-in who also accommodated my early morning departure.
