Reception staff was fine, room very tired and basic. No lift so could be a proven for some guests carrying luggage up the stairs or with mobility limitations.

Very nice, close to the airport and wonderful people

An average condition hotel with a friendly and helpful Check-in Person. Perfect for a late arrival (after 11pm) as reception open 24/7. The room itself did smell somewhat musty/smoky but it was just one night for us so suited just fine. Bathroom,and wifi okay.

Everyone was super cool

This was just a brief stop as we had a flight early the next morning, but the receptionist was super helpful and made us a fantastic toasted sandwich on arrival.

Stay here often as it's a short walk to the Airport and it's clean and tidy and comfortable.

It was great. When we got there the guy at the front desk helped us order pizza. The room was also clean and a close walk from the airport.

Location next to airport

The bedroom quite small. Interior quite dated. Could do with a paint job & change of furniture. Both night & day staff were very helpful. Nxt time I come to Porto, would book again.

Arrived 12.30am after delayed flight. Lovely girl checked us in. Room was very basic, bed quite boxy and hard but we wete tired out so slept. Woken early by next doors tap and shower running, and them using their wardrobe was so loud. Great hot shower and good breakfaat for €7

My room number 005 was at ground level on the hotels corner entrance. It is situated next to a busy road and was difficult to sleep in. The sound proofing is poor and you can hear people flushing the toilet above the room and even zipping up a bag of some sort.. Also being situated along the entrance drive in guests leaving and arriving can be heard. WIFI signal poor which the receptionist said they knew about and were about to change contracts. Taxi to Airport was €10 and takes a few minutes.

Bright room with basic facilities accessed by stairs. Shabby rug at the top of these stairs positioned perfectly to trip on and tumble down. Check in chappy not the happiest. Gave us the price for breakfast, which we found the following morning to be incorrect. The breakfast was ok for the cost. Hotel easy walk from the airport.

12 minutes walk to airport, it was good for us to catch our 6:15AM flight. Staffs are very helpful. Bed was not comfortable. Washroom was clean. We heard our neighbors in and out of their rooms and flashing their toilet all night.
