We only stayed one night but it was very nice. The staff was friendly, the room spacious and clean, and the amenities were great. Our only complaints were the bathroom sliding door would close loudly and the refrigerator did not get very cold. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Staff responded quickly to an issue with the bathroom when we arrived. I also heard a guest at checkout reporting a problem. The checkout staff immediately requested a repair.

Great hotel for an evening out on the Ave. Clean and a great location.

I was very happy with service. Some of the receptionist are going above and beyond to make their customers happy. This was my second stay there. Hotel is nice and location excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Delray! Dylan was incredibly kind and helpful — he made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The ladies at the front desk (we wish we had gotten their names!) were also very friendly and attentive, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist. The cleaning of the rooms can be improved, it wasn’t that good. The pool area was nice and perfect for relaxing. We also loved the location — just a short walk from good restaurants, shops, and everything we needed. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’d love to come back!

I just didn’t appreciate the hidden fees in the fine print.

Would like to have free parking but it as very convenient. I was here for the night with my 88 year old mother. She loved it too.

*The shower grout made it look dirty. *The air conditioning did NOT work properly. It said 70 degrees but felt more like 85. We did NOT sleep! *The hotel itself was warm.
